It was a bit noisy, but unfortunately that was the motorway. That’s the only criticism

Have stayed there several times, each time a pleasure - very friendly staff, easy to find, plenty of parking, huge clean rooms.I am on a bit of a diet so just opted for poached eggs on toast - possibly the best poached eggs I have had in a very very very long time.I always look for this place when down there and even if its a bit more expensive, I book it - just a great place

Bed very comfortable.

Breakfast at £14.00 was very expensive, and not very good at all. Eating area soulless. Shower a death trap - floor so slippery. Could not get consistent temperature of water in the shower. Nowhere to hang shower sponge in shower. Toiletry shelf in shower ridiculously small.

Excellent value hotel. Great night's sleep due to a comfortable bed, highly effective blackout curtains, and very quiet surroundings. Free and very spacious car park. The room was a good size, and the bathroom and shower were good. Large TV and a desk for working (with fast stable WiFi). Excellent breakfast, including varied continental selection and hot items cooked to order (sausage or bacon baps, for example). Staff were very professional and friendly. Checking in and out was quick and easy, including sending an invoice for work/expenses purposes. There is a bar/restaurant for evening meals which I didn't have the opportunity to try. Very convenient location for nearby Kent towns and was considerably cheaper when I booked than nearby alternatives.

Nothing really - perhaps to consider having smart TVs with the various streaming apps as many hotels do nowadays (but I am being picky here).

Stayed here many times so generally everything is just what I need.Location is good as bear motorway and Gravesend town centre for everything you need.Staff friendly and helpful.Room was very spacious and although pretty basic then was clean and had a big comfy bed.Bathroom was clean and plenty of towels and shower was good.Quiet location of room on ground floor.Free parking in secure car park.

Very bright security light outside the room so gave some light in the room at night but didn't prevent me from sleeping well.

The property was clean and food lovely and staff amazing especially Chel (Sharon) a true credit to your hotel.

suprised that breakfast was not included.Bedroom excellent but kettle and hair dryer were very cheap and cheerful. Expected betterBedroom lighting poor. Dimmers needed, also 2 bedside lights please

Food and room

Staff were a bit hit and miss depending on who it was. Some appeared rude and items were added to the bill that we didn’t have.

Rowdy customers (not the hotels fault) walls and soundproofing not great.

Short stay for nearby wedding with family... Shell and her amazing staff were so so friendly, couldn't do enough to make our stay amazing.. Hotel has had recent beautuful refub.. Everything exceeded our expectations.. Best ever Best Western.. Room 1 was an apartment and absolutely fabulous.. Thank you so much Team Manor xxx

Location was good. The breakfast has changed from last year when we stayed. Unsure if we will stay again on a BMX Race Weekend at Cyclopark. We needed to wait for food to be cooked to order this time whereas the Buffet Breakfast last year enabled the boys to eat at whatever time they needed to prior to us leaving for the track. A more Continental Style Breakfast was available however Nice sized and spacious rooms and the hotel staff were helpful and friendly.

I had to pay £105 deposit on our arrival which I was not made aware of by Booking.com therefore this came as a surprise when we arrived at the hotel.

Excellent position, the hotel was very clean, the staff were extremely friendly, Shell the assistant manager went above & beyond her duties .
