Was a great location and lovely views Breakfast was good

Was in a family room which was right opposite the bar and entertainment seems silly idea to put families right opposite entertainment when trying to get kids to sleep and other guests aren't quiet when they left the bar area either.

Breakfast was very good and the staff were very attentive and polite. The evening meal was very good value and there was a wide choice of dishes. We had a large comfortable room with a bay window and sea views.

There was nothing we could find wrong.

Location was perfect and the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly.

It’s just the very limited WiFi access.

Good value budget hotel with breakfast which was basic but nice. Staff were helpful and the room was clean. Comfortable bed, which was a bonus! Bathroom was a good size but the shower was tiny! The furnishings were rather dated but we did see evidence of updating going on so presume they were working around the hotel gradually. It was pretty cheap so you get a good basic accommodation.

The shower!! Cubicle built into an alcove and if I say I now know what it feels like to be bricked up in a wall you might get the idea. No room to even bend down properly if I dropped something. The shower head was tiny with very old fixtures that wouldn't stay put and kept slipping down the wall rail. Hopefully this will be a priority for updating in the future!

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, great location and had a sea view from my room

Carpet in the room had a few stains. The hotel also had the feel of it being in the middle of renovation work - tools and ladders left around.

Clean rooms, location.

No water to have a shower.

The room was nice and roomy and in a quiet area of the hotel also the hotel is in a perfect location and has a lovely conservatory where you can sit and watch the world go by and has lovely views of the sea

The breakfast wasn't that special and seemed to be cheap quality produce and not tat big either

breakfast was fine the room we had was one of the nicest we have stayed in . We got to see our favorite person AMY she is wonderfulx We look forward to our next stay

Very friendly and helpful staff and comfortable room. Located near the beachfront.

The food was exceptionally good - we had dinner and breakfast. They were decent portions and presented to a high standard. The staff were extremely helpful and service was very quick. The hotel was clean and tidy.

Small bedroom with limited room - nowhere to sit down except for the bed. There were stairs down from the bedroom door into the room, which might have been an issue for anyone who has limited mobility. Hotel was tired and obviously due to be renovated.

My wife and i spent the last 3 nights there. The cost was really good and the value was excellent. Our room was albeit small but had what we needed and was clean and tidy. The meals were reasonably priced and good quality. The evening meal was 3 courses with choices. The food was excellently cooked and presented and hot along with the plate. The meals were old school but thoughtfully presented. The staff i met and talked to were down to earth and helpfull. Overall for what i paid and what i got for my money was excellent. Would i return? Most certainly

Some building work going on but didn't affect our stay

The location was good , close to pier and pubs and restaurants

The room was not hovered under table , we had a leak in the bathroom from upstairs having showers . When we went in the room all the pictures and mirrors were not straight at all. Breakfast wasn’t worth the money better off going to spoons which is a 5 minute walk away . The hotel needs a lot of work .

Great location, lovely, friendly staff and very clean rooms.

The only thing that wasn’t good was lack of internet access apart from that everything was great.

Fantastic location and extraordinarily friendly staff. Lovely decor in room. Bar area looked great. Bonus of a working lift.

Recent storms meant a few things had taken a battering, eg flooded car Park, sticky front door. Nothing that I feel would be there normally.

Paid for a double bed for 2 singles pushed together but of a pain trying not to fall down the gap.

Great location. Happy welcome and very clean.

If I had to try and think of one dislike, then parking was awkward on site.
