The Queens Hotel

The location was ideal, but the car park small and not well laid out. Room was clean.

We booked a small double room, which was very small. There was a chair in there, but it was a bit of a trip hazard being right by the bathroom door.

Pleasant stay as normal hotel clean and tidy with helpful staff. Good choices on menu for evening meals and breakfast.

Easy access to local attractions, swimming pool was a nice bonus.

Smell of sewage from streets.

Perfect location, amazing staff and food was exceptional.

Nothing really apart from some of the singers were quite loud and could hear it from our room on floor 2

Being put in bar area sat sunday morning for breakfast when there were tables free in the restaurant

Had everything it said and staff were very friendly.

Needs updating. Could be a bit cleaner around the pool and in dinning room as flys on window sill. Did tell one of the waitress but didn’t do anything about it.

Was very welcoming, staff lovely, swimming pool cosy

The doors and radiators need a clean and a good dust nothing major

The hotel had some fabulous amenities including an indoor heated pool, evening entertainment, free parking, a restaurant and bar area. This place is well staffed even out of season - they helped me to find an evening menu, provided extra towels for cleaning and left small coffee packages outside our room when we used a do not disturb sign. They were very attentive.The bed was very comfortable and smelled lovely and clean.

The rooms and hotel are a little outdated and could do with a little TLC - the shower was a yellow and offputting. Besides this, I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Location staff pleasant and helpfull, breakfast excelliant.and entertainment.good value for the price.it was nice to have a bath.

Rooms need up dating.ours was next to the lift.noisy at times.

It was a good location near the town.

The only negative was that the breakfast (which we added on on checkout) was a bit small/limited for the price.

There was a smell like drains or used nappies in the ground floor area's Mentioned by other guests as well as myself.

The staff were friendly and the price was good.

When we arrived the whole venue smelt of sewage and chlorine, the next morning the smell was a little better but that was mostly due to the front door being open, when we handed in our room key the reception was smelly still.

Friendly and helpful staff, hotel clean and tidy. Good choices for breakfast and evening meals. Hotel not far from all amenities including the sea front.

Yet another happy visit here i just find the Queen's ticks the boxes, cosy hotel in a great position in paignton and good value,

It was at times noisy u can hear other guests at night.

The staff are amazing, really friendly and helpful.

The inside of the lift, the stainless steel doors need a really good clean. The out side door needs washing down and painting on the inside. Breakfast day 1 had choice of fruit and juice b4 the fry up. Day 2 looked very empty.
