    Pros +

    • Its location.
    • Excellent location, it was beautifully decorated and clean
    • My granddaughter and I were given a complimentary room upgrade to a Privilege room with a sea view which was wonderful.Staff were as friendly as always.Lovely clean and pleasant rooms.

    Cons -

    • The arrangement of the dining area
    • One negative I guess is it's £15 for 24hr parking seems quite high
    • Because they allow pets I unfortunately managed to get flea bites on my ankles. This is down to the pet owners though as they should make sure their dogs are flea free before taking them to hotels. But also as the hotel allow pets they should also put things in place so their guests are not bitten.I am allergic to flea bites and get affected badly with them.I did inform reception and they said they would log it or pass it on to to someone.

The breakfast are ok but the heaters don't keep the food hot enough I've said this before and get rid of wooden spoons to stir you morning coffee they are useless.

Heaters under the breakfast food and wooden stirring sticks useless.

Great location to pier, cinema, train station and shops. Nice walk in shower.

Mini bar was not cold enough to even chill canned soft drinks - a small fridge would be better. Breakfast was too pricey. Car parking was helpful but pricey.

    The television

The additional bed for my child who has autism, it was what id expect in I'm a celebrity get me out of here. Appalling little camp bed with the most thin mattress. My daughter was unfortunately sick and house keeping took all day to change our bed.

The first 2 nights were great 3 one not so good television did not work my husband went to reception for a new remote still didn't work the young girl offered to change rooms we didn't want to dirty another room then a half hour later we had to get them back because all the sockets did not work so the reception staff give us another room isn't going to stop us coming back

The room we had to move to

Location & room were clean, and well organised.

Third time we have stayed. Good location but always the same with staff at either breakfast or the bar area. So slow, so disorganised and no sign of management. I bought a glass of wine and two beers and waited 22 minutes for it to be served or go through the till. It would of been far easier if till issues to say please take a seat and we will bring bill over. The server was in training and that was fine but the manager didn't really engage to the fact I was at the bar on my own for 20+ mins. Breakfast, I asked if there were any plates, the answer was 'somewhere over there' losely pointing. He really didn't want to be there, dishevelled and unhappy. No glasses, no mugs, no milk, no bread, no cutlery. same every morning. Each stay, exactly the same. Nobody seems interested to really improve and make the service work, apart from one guy who was evidently working hard.

Lovely spacious accessible room plenty handrails fridge comfortable bed very pleasant staff excellent food one waiter stood out to us his name was John Paul who served us at night so pleasant young gentleman very helpful never met such a great waiter as John Paul he was outstanding please tell him how we appreciated him. Breakfast included Great selection

We didn't like the long walk for me down the long corridor to the lift I found this very difficult after recovering from a fractured femur also a fractured wrist. Also no heating in the room I found to be so cold had to phone down to ask for the heating to be put on room 243 .Also we went downstairs to the restaurant for our valentines meal in the bar area which was more comfortable for me to find the entrance door was wide opened so it was a job to enjoy your meal when it's so cold I mean I know I feel the cold but you expect heating in February to be on also not sat trying to enjoy your meal with the front door opened

Convenient location, clean and welcoming. They cater for late arrivals - I arrived at 01:00 in the morning.

Check in was quick and easy, parking underneath. We were there for a " wake/ celebration of live" and the food was amazing!

    Absolutely nothing!

    Excellent hotel in great location.

Horrendous car park, far too small spaces and too expensive £15 per night!

    10PaulPosted on: 2-12-2026

This is the 2nd time we have stayed. Love the view of the sea, staff all friendly. Rooms immaculate. Close to where we wanted to visit. Can not complain. I expect we will be back for a third visit.

    9LisaPosted on: 2-12-2026

Lovely hotel, lovely breakfast. Great deal.

Only criticism was the child bed was not comfy for my 11 year old.

    7DanielPosted on: 2-9-2026

Staff were fabulous. Especially the lady who checked us in. Room was immaculately clean and very spacious. Lovely toiletries provided. Breakfast was exceptional xx

Our door didn't lock and could be easily pushed open. Very noisy, when other guests are disrespectful and bang their doors shut, then proceed to shout at their children down the corridor.
