The welcome was very friendly and the bed was clean. the location for work was great

However the bathroom was really dirty with hairs left around the taps in the plug hole and the shower didnt work so I used the local gym. The TV didnt work either and I couldnt use the wifi on the first night. Its a shame as the hotel as so much potential but is filled with permanent residents who finish work around 2.30am which woke me every night.

A great location for the shops. Spacious room and hot water. Fresh towels and shower gel with shampoo provided on arrival. Very comfortable beds and clean sheets. Nice TV.

Could do with repairing the wardrobe doors and broken handles. Some drawers were dirty but I cleaned them in two mins with a wet wipe so no big deal. Top Window lock broken requires a replacement handle.

Everything.it was dirty and cold,dust and cobwebs just getting to the room,manager very unhelpful, the floor in my room hadn't even been hoovered,we had to clean the bathroom before using,very poor condition, we left a night early.the curtains didn't fit the windows and the windows let so much draft in we had to sleep at the bottom of the bed,and the door to the room had about half inch to inch gap all away around, definitely not fire reg.

Location was good

Bed uncomfortable, tv did not work, awful view of a back alley from the window. Drunks banging on others doors in hallways and chatting until the early hours. Parking was the worst...was advised by hotel staff that parking was free on sundays so I did not purchase additional parking the next day and ended up getting a £50 parking fine to go home with! Not the best end to our stay.

Nothing. Except the hotel is on the seafront.

This hotel Was extremely dirty. The stairwell leading up to the room was dusty and had cobwebs. The hotel is dated and needs to be update. The room l booked was not clean!! The carpets looked like they had not been hoovered in ages. The bedding was stained and dirty. There was dead flowers in the vase. The bathroom was dirty too. No on site parking. All double yellow line on the road. You could park next door for additional £7.00 a night. I left and handed the keys back. I was not going to stay there with my family. Don't book a room there. I complained to the manger and booking .com l am still waiting for a full refund.. never again!

The location & view was perfect. The balcony is an added bonus. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We felt very welcome & nothing was to much trouble to accommodate us.

The member of staff working there was sweet.

So many stains on the wall and bedding and floor, also the shower was moldy and way too small. Lift was also dodgy and kept going too far up.

Location at seafront - excellent. My single room looked refurbed - smallish but plenty adequate, clean & tidy, tv , kettle etc with spacious wardrobe & drawers. Good shower - top tip =run hot tap 'for seems ages' to get it hot but worth the wait- big old hotel, so water tank probably a long way off. Good value for the price paid. Staff were polite, clear & helpful - excellent. Fish & chips on the pier were very tasty. Lots of places to eat nearby, even breakfast if needed.

Could do with getting the dust from skirting board bins being emptied every day no net curtains no fresh water in jugs or glasses to drink out of .need table lamp.

generally run down, room needed a good clean as did the communal areas, wallpaper coming off the wall and room smelt musky. There was nobin in the room or bathroom and I wouldn't class as ensuite as the sink was in the bedroom. We only paid £90 for 2 nights so expectations weren't high

It was passable for the money, and for a short stay only.

The drawers were dirty and full of small packets (you can guess what those might have been for)!! The bathroom had some mould in it. The pictures on the advert makes the rooms look a lot nicer than they are. Dirty remote too!

Whole hotel wasn’t clean only had one towel which they did not replace did not clean my room no bed sheets and covers were on the bed for 7 days the staff didn’t take any notes of it until I tell them when I checked out

Parking was a slight issue but there is some near by at a price but free after 6pm

Nothing much room was like being in a cell. Toilet was not attached to floor so you rocked around. Bed was very uncomfortable springs coming though mattress pillows were old flat and dead very uncomfortable. Kettle was nasty and cheap difficult to fill and poor due to stiff cable attached. Cupboard falling apart. Took his to get warm water out of show. Room only just warm enough.

Old cheap bed with springs coming though mattress. Pillow needed renewing flat and no life to them. Toilet was loose and unsecured to floor. Shower head needed lime cleaning. Kettle cheap and difficult to poor due to old stuff cable No cups in Bathroom infact nothing much supplied room could be warmer. No food available
