Great location, super comfy bed and lovely staff.

Carpark not easily seen.Noisy kids up until 10.00 (Not down to hotel!)

Hotel is lovely. Staff are polite,friendly & very welcoming. Its a lovely quiet area and the food at The Dulse restaurant at the hotel was fantastic we will definitely return to Ty Milford and highly recommend. Cocktails were lovely too!!

Car park is a nightmare some days. No space as they have alot of restaurant visitors.

Modern,spacious bar restaurant area.Good bar snack/restaurant menus.

Price of coffee!!!!! High prices of wines which quite frankly were nothing special. Room was fairly basic although the bed was comfortable.Sleep quality not good due to constant humming from Air ventilation and outside traffic noise.No bottled water in the room,surely a pre requisite in this day and age.

I felt that refreshment prices were expensive.

The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with a harbour view. The staff were very friendly. Louis was amazing behind the bar and made our favourite cocktail which was not on the menu. Plenty of choice for breakfast and there were hot and cold options. Free parking is available too.

Be warned that a service charge is added to items billed to the room - I think 12.5%. Even though you’re asked if you want to charge the room, it’s cheaper to pay as you go.

Bar closed @10.45pm,no room service available.No availability of chosen wine,no cocktails after 10pm as the coffee machine was switched off.Very expensive drinks and slow service.

Great staff, well equipped room, comfortable bed, quiet location, great views..

Location was great, next to the Marina with good views.

We booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children. The room we were allocated was TINY, and there was NO sofa bed as mentioned on the booking. We were given two small folding beds with very poor quality mattresses,s and there was NO room in the room after placing the two small folding beds. Staff mentioned that they do not have Sofa Beds at all and the information on Booking.com is incorrect.

The staff were super warm and welcoming and helped me with a mistake on my behalf regarding booking date. I loved the water front room. The Elemis shower stuff! The shortbread / coffee bags were great too

Bed wasn’t super comfy for me. Possibly too firm but I know this is subjective. Could have been a mini fridge in room - and a much bigger bin!

Staff very helpful, room was comfortable excellent breakfast. Recommend to anyone
