We recently stayed at The Alexandra Court Hotel and have to say what a pleasure it was. It was our first stay here but certainly won't be our last. From our arrival we were treated so very special , The Staff are a joy , nothing is too much to ask and they go above and beyond in every way. The hotel is beautiful, a well kept Victorian building , still within character and immaculate mmac, The decor is beautiful , our room was spotless, comfortable and warm , which considering it was so cold outside , you wouldn't have known. So we move onto Breakfast ,which was the true highlight of our Stay . Plenty of healthy options and a Full English that was simply perfect , My recommendations are Andy's Scrambled eggs all his fresh items are locally sourced and his Sausage is magnificent. Thank you for a wonderful time.
Very clean , nice staff , good breakfast

Lovely house in well maintained ground. Comfortable rooms with friendly and helpful staff. Great location.
Would prefer fresh ground coffee at breakfast rather than filter stand.
A great hotel, delicious breakfast and Andrew and his team were so friendly and hospitable. Would recommend anyone to stay here!
Great location, great staff, clean, warm and friendly and excellent value for money.
It was our 2nd visit to this lovely hotel both only for 1 night to visit family, bed was comfy, breakfast was very good, the staff were amazing too.See you again soon!!Thanks Neil+vicky
Absolutely lovely hotel, lovely staff and service, rooms comfortable. Very pleased, will return.
The only thing which was disappointing was the bar closed before closing time. We were hoping to have a drink in the bar after returning from our meal out at 9:30 but it had been closed and staff said they couldn't reopen it.
Wonderful staff lovely clean comfortable room . Lovely tasty breakfast ?
A better room from our window b
Lovely small hotel. Immaculately clean. Lovely comfortable bed and nice and quiet. Great breakfast and attentive staff.
Slightly dated in places (eg en suite) shower dripped after use and sofa in deluxe double was old and uncomfortable. Minor issues though.
Everything was fantastic, staff friendly and helpful, bed comfy, breakfast high quality.
Too much rain ???
