Too hot we tried to reduce the room temp but didn't seem to make a difference and the heavy winter duvet was too hot for me.We had asked for a ground floor double room for an elderly couple with mobility problems and a twin room which could have been ground or 1st floor. I had emails to say this request had been accepted and granted but on arrival both rooms were on 1st floor. we were given a ground floor room by the very helpful man on reception but it was more expensive than I had booked and was a 5 minute walk from trthe dining room which was very difficult.

Staff were very friendly. Everyone was smiling and polite.

Tea/coffee making facilities a little sparse - no hot chocolate and no biscuits.

The hotel was very welcoming to my 6 year old twins - especially loved the consideration of having a kid corner with toys / games / activities

Disappointed with the £5 parking charge

Always clean, staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you. Great location for our stay and decent price.

The staff were incredibly helpful - Raj in particular was really good - he went above and beyond assisting my mother in law who has poor hearing and wears hearing aids.I was originally travelling alone and had requested a room near reception and was accommodated. Plus when I rang reception at night, as there were people being a nuisance in the corridor, my call was answered in 1 ring, I was addressed by my name and someone came over within minutes. The staff in bar area, waiting staff in restaurant and staff in the health club were all really helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and they were all just really pleasant to be around.

There was nothing I didn't like really. I got confused by the lockers in health club so I wasn't fond of them

Modern, airy and nicely furnished We stayed overnight as we had attended a family lunch in the hotel

The room didn’t smell great, ok for one night. Apparently they had tried to freshen it! Such a shame to charge car parking for overnight guests!

Excellent breakfast with a great choice and friendly staff. Plenty of parking on site.

Very clean and a comfortable bed

I was in a room with shower seat, I tried to fold it up but it wouldn't stay up.

The staff, my mum is in a wheelchair they couldn’t have been more helpful.

Not enough coffee milk etc in the room

Lovely hotel. Easy parking although you pay extra for it. Great staff. Breakfast was top notch.

The hair dryer in my room was broken. It was a bit cold even though thermostat was at 32 degrees.

Good hotel near center of Aylesbury, good breakfast, also good facilities, gym, pool etc. Rooms were clean and staff helpful.

Price was high for one room. Also they charge for parking in their own car park..!

The staff were very fresh and helpful

Staff in the gym not so accommodating to guests asking questions. The male member of staff was a bit abrupt.

Cleanliness. All the female staff and night shift male staff are friendly and excellent staff.

No fridge and no microwave. I will suggest to putting fridge and microwave in rooms. Only pork meat for breakfast. There are people that don't eat pork. Will suggest you add either beef, chicken or turkey on breakfast. The male day shift staff is mean and unfriendly.

Usual welcome from the team and allocated the room we like.Raj on reception fantastic as always, Anthony in the restaurant outstanding and the Ladies at breakfast friendly and helpful. The staff make this hotel a delight.

Very convenient, for our intended visit.Clean and great welcome by night reception.Very caring at breakfast for Gluten Free requirement. All freshly prepared away from other meals.
