I was upgraded to trackside- although no racing, was a great room. Very clean, comfortable bed. Good showers!

Location for taxi /uber - long waits

That it is on the Silverstone Track and near the museum. We stayed as we were doing the Lap of Lights.

There wasn't much lounge area to have a drink in the evening after you had eaten and the restaurant was quite chilly. We made the mistake of going for breakfast during the busy time, and it was very chaotic. The buffet breakfast was all together so you had to queue for cereal, drinks, pastries and the breakfast buffet all in the same place. They need to move some stuff to different location to spread the queues.

What I liked about the property was fact that it was near Silverstone F1 circuit, based on the main GrandPrix pit straight and ultimately it was a great location if you are a F1 fan, if you was however passer by then obviously not probably a bit of a strange location for a hotel but as a F1 fan it’s in the dream place really.

Probably only thing I didn’t like about room had was the fact that it was split in two and sofa bed wasn’t much of a sofa, but a really low down bed.

Easy check in, great location, good parking.Good shower, everything worked.

An up market Premier Inn. Food & Drink offering bland, social areas more like an office block. Sink in the room, no proper bathroom, Probably very stylish but not to our taste

As soon as we arrived all of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I booked an accessible room because it was the one I saw on booking.com but I was offered to move to a regular room as I didn't need it and I was also offered a cheap upgrade for a better view or balcony due to availability. We upgraded to a beautiful view of the track and saw cars driving past all the time. The room was so beautiful and the facilities were amazing. It was so cheap compared to other hotels and the views and facilities such as the rooftop bar and terrace were unmatched.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

We stayed so that we could visit Silverstone Museum the next day as part of my dad's 80th birthday celebrations. We were not expecting racing on the track but BMW happened to be carrying out new car driver training on both days so it was great that we could sit and watch from the comfort of our trackside window. The top veranda bar was closed due to season but a lovely open air view of the track. We ate in the evening with beautifully cooked food. Staff were all lovely and the hotel was perfect. Beautiful breakfast buffet with eggs cooked to order how you liked them.

Only downside this morning was no cups or knives. This was very quickly rectified and didn’t spoil anything.

The trackside room was amazing, the hotel was spotless and the staff were wonderful.

Hotel is a high standard place lots of parking check in was simple room was great had perfect view of the track

Wouldnt stay it was a bad thing but i would of liked a bottle of water in room there is a shop on site tho

- room quality is terrible and the issues were handled horribly by staff - the restaurant review was 2.5 on google when we went and that’s 2 stars more than they deserve, food was inedible, lack of awareness of allergies and the bar management have no concerns about using dirty glasses

Very modern hotel right next to the racing track.

Restaurant closed early so we had to eat in Milton Keynes.

The location was great and very unique. The room was clean and modern, the shower amenities were great

Trackside room with a view over the race track - Only had the pleasure of watching 'Silverstone Track Day Experience' cars, still thrilling to watch though and only a 20minute walk from the International circuit, where we could enjoy a full race weekend too.

TV didn't work in the room. The first breakfast was cold.

The Breakfast was excellent. The choice, quality and the staff were excellent.

The evening meals less so than breakfast, the quality needs to be raised. Also, although the service was very pleasant it could be more professional, e.g. I ordered a cocktail to start, with a glass of wine to following with the meal. The meal arrived first, and I'd finished this before the cocktail & wine arrived together. The server could have orchestrated this better.

No water in room but you can collect from restaurant or bar

I like the fact it was trackside at one of the greatest racetracks ever!

The bar was poor. It had such a poor selection of drink.

Hotel was perfect lovely and clean the location was perfect for f1 fans

The tv as it kept freezing every 5 minutes
