- Not keen on choosing breakfast the day beforeLike to order what I fancy on the day
- The carpet was completely worn in places and could do with being replaced. The sealant could do with being replaced around the bath and shower screen.

Very poor choice at the continental table Guests walking through restaurant with suitcases

Lovely food and a nice room. Fantastic that we got free entry to the manor!

It was a lovely hotel and the rooms were comfortable and warm. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Would return
The only slight complaint would be it smells a bit off putting when you go in. It smells of cooking fat and not in a good way, and I think if the kitchen got better extraction it would help.
Lovely hotel very comfortable and lovely staff, food was really nice
Lovely staff, great building with history. Good evening food and breakfast.
Busy road at the front. But at least its easy to reach by car.

It’s a very beautiful building. It’s kept very warm and cosy which can’t be easy given its listed status.
Staff were really friendly & helpful. The room although small, had everything we needed & was clean & comfortable. The shower room was clean, warm & had lovely fluffy white towels.
Hotel location was excellent for visiting Waddesdon Manor staff were friendly and Helpful Breakfast was very good
Nothing everything was perfect
Excellant food, knowledgable and helpfull staff. You could taste the fresh locally sourced ingredients in the food. Decor was stylish and in character to age of the property with a modern twist.
Everything was as described.
Good breakfast, decent size room, great location near the manor (staying at the five areows gives ypu access to the grounds and manor). Great restaurant. Reasonable price. But above all, fantastic staff. Many thanks to Sally from reception who drove us to the train station when our taxi was very late - absolute life saver !
Breakfast is 7:30 to 9:30, which is a bit of a narrow range as we had to skip the cooking breakfast when leaving early and when we woke up a bit late. Next time!
Hannah our evening dining server was an absolute diamond! We had a brilliant evening, delicious food, fine wine and Hannah was the icing on the cake.
The mention of £7.50 extra per night as an extra bed charge was unexpected and unfathomable! The room cost was already more than ample in our opinion.
We loved room 5 and wish it had been summer so we could enjoy the balcony. Great evening meal and breakfast.
Food exceptional
Room poor for price, bathroom needs deep clean
Liked that it was centrally located in the town the breakfast was exceptional and the staff were very accommodating. Availability of parking was excellent.
We arrived around 5 in the afternoon on Tuesday and the reception was closed. Then we had to call a number to find out about our room details. It was a strange welcome to an unfamiliar place.
What a delightful find. The whole place has some class and the food is delicious. By far the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in, in a hotel. But the most memorable thing about the Five Arrows is the staff, exceptional service. All in all made the stay feel like it was a home away from home.
One of the indoor plants needed watering (!! honestly, thats all the "didn't like" we have :)
