Comfy - nice breakfast and good location

Massive key fob for door!!!! Need a rucksack for the key fob on its own - does not fit in a small handbag. Was abit of joke.

Very clean polite staff excellent service

Clean, excellently cooked, provided doggy a breakfast too. Menu so extensive for breakfast, need to stay 10 days to experience all the choices, best breakfast I have experienced.Staff friendly and helpful.

Good location for what I needed. Off-street parking. Good bed.

Room looking tired and in need of refurbishment. Stains/spills on the walls, and hooks missing in the bathroom (just holes in the wall where the hook used to be.Kettle needs replacing.Large ‘Emergency Exit’ green light over the door on the inside, illuminating the room at night.Bright lights outside the bedroom, but the curtains don’t block out the light, so not great if you want a dark bedroom to sleep in.

1. Catherina. Is a brilliant manager. Completely understanding of unusual requests and actioning these. For her customers. And the team I met, working with her. Complement each other. Breakfast there is so relaxing. From choice of food requests to teas and coffee. Almost Everything is always fresh, on a daily basis. That's not always the way in the hospitality industry.

Someone not listening to a request for a particular item. Or presenting it cooked in a mismashed fashion.

Easy location near to M3.Good food evening and breakfast. Ideal for stopover en route to Southampton

The external rooms are adjacent to the garden pods and there may be some noise. The venue should state this, but it was quiet after 11:00

It's a lovely welcoming pub and restaurant. During our visit it was busy but the staff never seemed anything but cheerful and efficient. We stayed there overnight. The room was very comfortable, a good size, and will fitted out.

Superb Hotel / Inn / Staff. Amazing ambience, served by a whole team of great staff all of which can't do enough for you. loved the bar area - food was great, breakfast was stunning and loads of it, rooms were perfect, cool outside area in the bar/restaurant, the pods were fab.

We stayed 2 nights, ate there both nights, so this isn't really too bad a comment, but the restaurant is very busy and our meal got lost in the kitchen on the second night - the issue was dealt with amazingly well by the staff though once they realised there was an issue - so it won't be held against anyone - in fact we're already booked in again next month :-)

The location was great. The staff were polite and helpful. The accommodation was great, clean and tidy. The breakfast was very good.

The mattress on the bed was way too soft for our liking. We ended up with sore backs the following morning.

Bedrooms are excellent and located around the garden so are close but secluded. The pub is very good indeed and is worth visiting even if you are not a resident. Food is very good, especially breakfast and reasonably priced.

The pub is lovely and the all the staff were very warm and welcoming .. we ate in the pub and the food was nice. The room was very comfy and well equipped, although a little bright with the green lights at night

Absolutely nothing

Nice location, very friendly staff and good breakfast.

Our door lock was faulty, had to get staff to assist.WiFi was available but very slow and couldn’t load pages properly.Stains on the carpet and upholstery.

Stayed here before clean and comfy, restaurant is fab and lots of choice in both food and drink menus
