    Pros +

    • Lovely staff, area and breakfast.
    • We stayed at the time the car park was flooded which unfortunately included our car, the staff couldn’t of been more helpful in getting the car for us and assisting us throughout our stay, checking we weren’t affected further. The bridge road was closed, but they really did look after us despite the chaos the flooding caused. The room was great, bar and food great, well priced and lovely staff.
    • Cosy, water instant heat, nice breakfast food, loads of car park space.

    Cons -

    • Loud irritating background music
    • Road noise in the front facing room.

Very welcoming staff. Excellent parking and vehicle charging facilities (an essential for me). Clean warm rooms and an excellent breakfast. Rooms close together as requested. My sister a little disappointed by the audible road noise in her room. The flooded river meant my view was spectacular as if I were surrounded by a lake. I am sure the flooding was much less pleasant for the staff but inspire of exterior mud the entrance and all the hotel areas we moved in were very clean.

Road noise in the front facing room.

Excellent location for Bournemouth Airport early flight. Staff friendly and welcoming. Very helpful with local information.

Bed was a bit on the too firm side!

Easy to. Fine carpark good food good.

The toilets being upstairs along way to walk the disabled toilets we're disgusting it looked like the toilet on right was leaking even in the morning after being cleaned it still had a strong urine smell the floor had definitely been clean as no puddles

Everything was fine however the room was at the front of the building and next to a very noisy main road with traffic into the early hours and starting again around 4. It was a shame as everything else was fine and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

room to the front of the building next to the road - terrible road noise

Accessible room on ground floor (Room 111) very good and spacious for disabled person and partner

We were upgraded to a Riverside King room which was beautiful. Everything was spotlessly clean and the views stunning. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. We didn’t have time to eat there this time, but we have thoroughly enjoyed the food on previous occasions when we stayed at the Bridge.

I did struggle with the air con/heating controls as the instructions were difficult to follow. We raised the temperature when we arrived, which worked, but when we lowered it slightly, cold air blew out as if it was in air con mode and it remained like that. We decided that it was better to turn the whole system off, which worked fine and we were quite warm enough.

The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the view of the river from the bedroom.

The shower over the bath produced a disappointing flow and didn’t spray out so you had to stand directly underneath. Room in need of an update and the hotel washing machines were on the same floor and when spinning they were audible early in morning or late at night.
