Great location close to beach and town.Dog friendly Covered balcony Everything we needed in the room.Fridge in room along with tea and coffee making facilities.Comfy bed.

Be aware that there are lots of stairs in this hotel.No parking but didn't affect us

Heating in the room didn’t seem to work, and there was a confusion with payment rather than seeing the price on my phone he had to take pictures then make a call but he could have just honoured it as it stated it on booking.com

Third time we have stayed here for our annual work event. Fantastic, comfortable, quiet and clean rooms and often with a view. Always friendly staff and despite the recent landslide, parking was easy to find. Alternative directions and parking was clearly communicated well before our trip.

Lovely clean room with a sea view. Lots of bars, restaurants, shops and the beach within walking distance.

The hotel was clean, warm and had spectacular sea views. Great value for money although we did go 'out of season' but it was still very reasonably priced.

Only let down was the lack of parking, both at the venue itself and on the roads nearby. Had to park nearly half a mile away on one night as there was nothing nearer.

Love Ventnor and the Wellington is my favourite sea view hotel with balcony. Can sit in bed or the bath and look at and hear the sea.Comfy bed, clean and nicely decorated room. Friendly staffGreat places to eat nearby.

One if our favorite hotel, with an amazing seaview from the room and the terrace, with easy access to the beach and dog friendly. It was our second time at the Wellington hotel, and likely not the last.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel right at home. They are genuinely friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The atmosphere in the place is warm and welcoming, which I really appreciated.My room was not only very clean but also spacious and comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, which made for some great nights of rest. I also loved the view of the sea from my window; it was absolutely breathtaking. Watching the sunrise over the water each morning was a highlight of my trip.Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy getaway. Can't wait to return!

Fantastic location for our purposes, had the most amazing view from the balcony, quirky property with lots of character. Great value for money. Would definitely stay again.

No breakfast out of the summer season, although we were well aware of that before booking. Very limited options in the town also on a Sunday morning, but no big deal.

We found the bed very firm (for us) and no breakfast offering and access to parking / town very frustrating as land slip closed the road.
