The location

The bathroom was dirty. Had panels missing from under the sink. Toilet flusher was missing. Shower kept dripping. Room had a little blow heater and wasn’t capable of heating a room that size in February. Tv had a mind of its own and turned off every 5 minutes

Liked the friendly staff. Rooms were clean. Nice views over looking shanklin coast. Good convenient location.

Rooms a bit cold, but had a portable heater so not a big issue.

Right on the beach front location was brilliant was was given a sea view room with a amazing view

Very cold room. Portable heater brought in and took quite a while to warm the room. Would expect room to be warm in arrival. Window frames were broke. So a big draft which made a lot of whistling noise during the night.

Not good, very stressful experience

They would not let me in as said they had not had confirmation from booking.com on their emails. I showed them the booking in my booking.com account on my iphone, but still would not give me the key to the room. Made me wait over an hour. Booking.com called them and said to release the key, but still they would not until booking.com sent them a copy email

The location by the sea is lovely and easy access, the room could do with a little more sound proofing. However the room was lovely and the staff really nice and polite.

More sound proofing, sometime if someone was near the room outside you could hear their entire conversation.

We stayed for one night as we were attending the Isle of Wight Jazz Weekend but wish we'd been able to stay for longer. The staff were incredibly friendly and our room was really big with a stunning sea view. The exceptional food at this hotel is made fresh and includes meals such as vegan pancakes for breakfast and biryani for dinner. The bar stays open late and there is a pool table in the bar area. The location is superb being a short walk from the seafront and Shanklin town.

Clean and very affordable.

Two single beds pushed together to make a double bed. However still got a decent nights sleep.

Really noisy, got woke up every day at 5am because of people slamming doors. Staff were non existent

Location was amazing, we had a fantastic meal cooked for us on our arrival. We both love Indian food and that was wonderfully. Friendly staff/owners.

Hotel is overall OK, its 2nd time we stayed here, last year breakfast was included no breakfast this year, you had to pay extra everyday and that was not very good, it was very noisy as well with doors banging a lot throught the night, music playing loud from the ajoining hotel.

The location was absolutely incredible, just a five-minute stroll to the stunning beach. The room was generously spacious and exuded comfort, making our stay truly delightful.

The carpet was not cleaned thoroughly, and there were noticeable stains. Additionally, the equipment we requested was outdated and in poor condition. It is essential that these items be replaced with new, upgraded versions to ensure proper functionality.
