Worst hotel nd very shitty rooms

This hotel should not be given even 1 star

We had a lovely time, all the staff were friendly, welcoming and happy to help. Bedroom was well presented, good shower, comfy bed and nice and warm on a cold day. Breakfast was also good with everything you need to set you up for the day.

Some areas are in need of a refurb and small details such as bedroom lights not working and draughty windows were a shame as it didn’t feel as comfortable as it easily could on my visit

Lovely, welcoming, helpful staff. The cooked breakfast and breakfast buffet, were very good. Great value for money! The room was warm, quiet, comfortable, and we had a superb nights sleep. The bar (Harry's) and staff were also great. Excellent location. Many thanks to all!

The hotel was excellent. The location convenient for transport, the beach and all the town had to offer. The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was particularly good and it was obvious that the chef and breakfast waiter took pride in their work. Details like warmed plates were appreciated.

If I were being picky, the pillows were a bit flat.

Great location and so convenient for buses and rail & ferry connections just across the road.Lovely old victorian style hotel with very comfortable beds and spacious rooms.. staff were very friendly and helpful and had a great breakfast choice. Special mention for Amelia, our waitress who is a charming young lady.

Lounge seating is very uncomfortable and too low.

Excellent value for money, lovely breakfast and staff,we stayed in a double room and the bath and shower was old but the hot water pressure was excellent!

Hotel is tired. Staff were unhelpful. Not tourist friendly.

Right next to the hovercraft. Lots of character. The room had a lovely chandelier stained glass windows & and old wardrobe. Bathroom was very modern with older windows. Staff were friendly. Room was clean & warm.

My room was next to some they were renovating. A drill going at 730 am wasn’t great but it is January & they have to renovate sone time. So understandable.

The location is fabulous for restaurants, buses, ferries and hovercraft. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The breakfast is yummy! Our room had a walk-in shower that was fabulous.

This hotel is fabulous! We always have a great time here.

This hotel is in a great place for exploring the Isle of Wight, across road from buses, train, and also hovercraft and Catamaran across to and from Portsmouth!! The hotel was lovely as were the staff, breakfast was great, as was our room with views out to sea!! It's also near to all the shops, pubs, cafes etc.

The only thing was the hovercraft going out at 6am in the morning, but it wasn't too bad!!

The loud music on Friday night. The extremely hot water when using the bathroom. The slow and unreliable wifi, the lack of power outlets.The room was small and overdue for a facelift.

Perfect location in Ryde for buses and trains to give driving a rest. Large room and modern bathroom. Furniture suited the style of hotel. Comfortable bed.Great breakfast and friendly bar in the evening.

Free Car parking is always an issue but there are a few places nearby to pay. I paid to park on the road outside the hotel.

Very welcoming, polite professional staff, room was clean, bed very comfortable, good selection of hot drinks in room, hairdryer, toiletries. TV. Christmas menu had great choices, followed by a fabulous disco. Great selection of breakfast food.

The bar could have been a little nearer to the dance floor. Not being able to access certain Media channels, on TV. Due to not knowing you needed your personal passwords. Maybe, write it on the booking platform that you'll need passwords.

Excellent location, sparkling clean! Limited facilities and services but very nicely kept! Nice breakfast, friendly staff!
