We liked being right on the shoreline, although that may not work for some people.
Not able to get an early breakfast here, so we walked up to the old town.
Bright clean room with great harbor view. Friendly staff
Stayed in Seagate room. Found the room with ensuite bath to be large and clean with view of the quay. Location was great. Food in the pub/restaurant was on par with the accommodations above. I would recommend this property.
Delightfully furnished rooms, scrupulously clean with tea, coffee and mini fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast (additional cost) was very good.
Location, great extra touches like dog treats, dog bed, bowl and lead.
Breakfast was only available from 10.00 which was a bit late for us
Location , bedroom and food . Staff were very attentive and professional.
Can’t really think of anything, was all very nice. I really would recommend the place to anyone.
Lovely rooms, amazing shower, so looked after by the fantastic staff, stunning breakfast, nothing was too much trouble
Great location over the harbour, easy parking on street, clean and well decorated room with plenty of space. Nice pub restaurant downstairs.
Stunning location close to the centre of Arbroath with good car parking. The room was small but clean and pleasant. Food in the restaurant was good. Easy access to rooms from side of the building.
Beds were a bit too soft - I kept falling out of the bed!! Insistence on producing a physical credit card for payment.
Lovely room, very nice staff in pub and good food
Lovely room excellent location over the bay and walking distance to shops bars and restaurants
The location was excellent, as was the view from my room. .The food in the restaurant was also good.
Nothing really, although I thought it was a bit expensive.
Very comfortable room, also very dog-friendly with a bed, treats, dishes, poo bags, lead etc all provided.
I could not fault this i was there for football and i had such a great time , great place immaculately clean, so comfortable! Its 10/10 all the way
The accessible room was great. Having a fridge was a bonus. The beds were very cosy and comfortable but extremely narrow. There was a problem with the heated towel rail. Considering we chose an accessible room The parking was poor and on street parking very limited too. Eventually after finding a parking space we left the car and used Taxis for 3 days.
Fabulous location right on the harbour with a lovely view. The room had everything you would need.
Breakfast started at 10am which is far to late. That means you have to find somewhere to go if you have an early appointment. Not always practical. The room was smaller than expected from photos. Limited car parking spaces.
Had continental breakfast in the room
The single beds were Small 2ft 6” not 3ft beds not wide enough for me
