Pros +
- The cleanliness of the rooms through the hard work of Carol in housekeeping. The food and management of the resources primarily due to the hard work and dedication of Nicola and Senita. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
Cons -
- The room would have benefitted from more clothes hanging space. A minor point but certainly not a problem.
