Pros +

The location it was perfectly situated near our friends.

Cons -

The outside impression is tired. Luckily we were in an extension room that was accessed via the side alley. No plug in the sink to wash properly, shower tray was dirty, blinds were shabby and bed frame was broken on the headboard part.
