- The food at dinner was amazing breakfast was terrible not even any strawberry ham
Cons -
- Lots of traffic for the gym in the basementBusy hotel with multiple functionsWalking distance to town center, stores and restaurants Many rooms have a view of the dumpster behind the building: no rooms with view of Medway River Outdoor seating area
- A fridge and perhaps a microwave would be good additions to rooms for those who would like to have water and/or heat up their left over over food. I do understand the hazards of having those appliances in the room, but they can be placed in high end rooms with warnings such as unplug when not in use, etc.
- The room wasn't cleaned properly the door handles were falling off the shower took ten minutes to get hot then burnt you. In all honesty the hotel rooms were the problem. I came down to stay for my dad funeral and just wanted somewhere comfortable to stay However the meal at the restaurant was exceptional! Worth every penny and the staff that night were lovely

Location was easy to get to
Family rooms were too far of a walk from the life and many more.
Very clean, plenty of teabags, sugars and milks (didn’t have to ask for more of any of that stuff) although there was only one towel so we did have to request another one, the room smelled fresh and was a pleasant nights sleep
The water pressure in the shower was very very low, the worst shower I have ever had. Even with changing the setting on the shower head itself was no help.
The pool
We booked a family room.which consisted of 2 mattresses on the floor for my children. Absolutely disgusting. Not very family friendly at all. The room was tiny with way too much unnecessary furniture taking up what little space there was. No draws, no wardrobe wasn't our cup of tea at all.
Upon my visit to the hotel I checked in to my room and found that my door was open settled into the room went to the bathroom. There was toilet stains in the toilet. There was a condom wrapper by the bedside cabinet which I have documented with photos, staff wasn’t very hospitable at the barno hosting skills whatsoever. there was a sticker stuck on the wall and I had three lots of shampoo in the shower room absolutely appalling.
Proximity to rail stations, room comfort
Breakfast was a bit expensive for what was available.
Convenient location
Bed was uncomfortable, room wasn’t clean, breakfast was terrible
Pool was lovely and clean. The room had a lovely big bed and super comfy pillows. Bathroom was clean and staff were helpful in bring more toilet roll when we’d run out.
Only a small criticism which was the smoke detector would flash and when the lights were off it was slightly annoying when trying to sleep.
Nice rooms.and facilities
Shame they have got rid of the nice restaurant and replaced it with a sports bar but it was okay. Staff didn't seem to have much of an idea about the booking in system or what I had paid for. Bit of a cheek having to pay extra for parking, it's not near town, so there's no real reason for charging extra for hotel guests to park. 4 hours free to use the gym / bar but punished for staying yhe night! Also you have to pay extra to use the gym and pool which is again a bit of a scam as most hotels that isn't the case.
Easy to navigate, signage and room directions clear. Room had a modern yet comfortable feel. Bed comfortable.
No biscuits in the tea tray. Could hear motorway noise when window was open, but we did have a fan so could have used this if desperate.
treats in the bedroom, exceptionally knowledgable and friendly staff always, a real credit to your hotel
Room a little noisy on saturday morning but you are by a motorway !!
Absolutely lovely place to stay really good value for money we paid a tiny bit more for a club room and use of the gym which was really good the pool was spot on temperature.... we met friends for an overnight stay had a lively meal in the evening and a full breakfast very pleasant indeed staff were all friendly and accommodating couldn't fault the stay in any way beds large and comfortable will look forward to going back ?
We couldn't fault our stay
Great location - really buzzy place loads going on great bar - gym and pool - room really comfy great staff - perfect !
£12 for the breakfast and it was pretty standard full English a la buffet and by 9 am a lot had gone - but what I had one sausage one bacon the last beans was good !
Big room, big bed, lovely shower and facilities
No view from the room. Expensive for what it actually is.
Only issue was when we arrived I had to call the reception for the added extra as was not in the room and the tv control was not working. Apart from that the hotel was great. Really nice pool and food.
Off milk in room, holes in bed sheets and when staff informed they just turned the sheets over, threw the tea out of the cups containing the off milk but didn’t rinse the sink or clean the cups. Dirty foot prints left on towels in room from cleaning staff
The pictures are not really what it is like. The swimming pool and gym defo don’t look like it does online. The family room was a lot smaller than it looks too
Bar area and breakfast were excellent. Room was clean and tidy
Paid the extra money to access the gym, to discover it's undergoing a renovation. This wasn't mentioned when I was asked at reception upon arrival if I would like to pay for access. Would have been fair to update customers of the lack of accessibility and equipment
