Friendly staff, lovely food, great facilities
The well used entrance road…potholes!
Good breakfast lovely gardens.
Bit out dated showers in pool changing room not great . water from tap in room quite slow running .
The continental breakfast was good!! Room was clean and incredibly comfortable
The restaurant was fantastic great food and excellent service
Where do I start If you are looking for a quiet break then you best book somewhere else As we had doors slamming loud voices in the corridor until gone 2am couldn't even phone the reception from our room as the walls are so thin you can hear a pin drop from the room next to you so had to go down to the reception at 2am just to complain Not a pleasant experience as this was booked as a valentine's treat
Room was clean, bed comfortable if a little on the large size. Quiet, a very peaceful nights sleep.
We had no problems in our short stay.
The location was perfect for what we needed. The staff were extremely helpful and seemed happy to be there which was nice to see.
The only negative thing I can comment on was the heating in the room, it was like a sauna and the rads don't turn off only down.
Location was good, straight forward checkin, lovely staff. Comfortable bed and it was quiet.
The room smelled as if it had been smoked in. It smelt like it was in the curtains and carpet. I did let the reception know and she did offer to change me but I was only there the night so I didnt bother. The car park pot holes were appalling. The room decoration and bathroom were dated. Needs investment. The external painting and overall appearance needs a face-lift.
Been before and has always been good great facilities gym sauna ect good food and bar
No water on site so effected toilets and shower and washing
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the facilities were well maintained. Staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the stay.
Was a little dated but had all you could want. Pool and jacuzzi were a great way to relax and the bar area was great.
Nothing except a little dated from the outside.
Overall a pleasurable experience, driveways need sorting as the potholes could cause serious damage to your guests vehicles.
The lingering smell of cannabis from other guests on the landing, we informed the staff & they did their best to alleviate the problem.
Cold we stayed 2 days. It was. Cold both days
Cold eggs and bacon evening Meal not much to choose from on the menue. Unless you like burgers.
That it had a pool available for the kids we brought with us.
1. We were told off for the kids in the pool and asked to keep the volume down because someone was having a massage in the spa next to the pool. Unfortunately with 8 children staying at the hotel, volume levels were going to be louder than normal. 2. Every time we went back to the room , the key card didn’t work. This meant we had to go back to the front desk every time to have it re done. 3. There is a clear condensation issue in the room which had a significant impact on our 6 year olds chest. The windows were soaked with water, with this pooling on the windowsills and mould on the casing and walls. This extended into the bathroom. 4. There was a general feel of the hotel being run down- rips in the sofa, plaster coming off ceiling yet it was advertised as a four star spa resort.
We stay here regularly and it’s always good with lovely staff. Greeted by Poppy who recognised us which feels nice
Room could be cooler
The staff here are phenomenal and so friendly and professional. The manager was so kind and helpful when we stayed there.
So disappointed to find the spa was closed throughout our stay as this was one of the reasons I chose the hotel. The restaurant options were also very limited for the evening meals so we ordered take away to our room instead.
The room was amazing and the view was good
Arriving to a very very full car park due to conferences being held Finding alcohol bottles outside our room on arrival and the following day same thing Fire alarm sounding at 4am ,8am and also at 3pm
Great location near Motorway and good for visiting Leeds Castle. very friendly staff and great response to my questions prior to check in. Nice comfy room, great bed. also very much enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna!! sadly couldn't taste the brekki as had to leave early but got a take away bag. Thank you all very much!!
The USB charging port near the bed didn't work, so my phone was dead in the morning. small thing. can be fixed
