Nice hotel, good value for money. Friendly staff.

Paying for parking as a hotel guest, the health club could be updated.

Fantastic pool! Huge room and loved we could check out at 12.

Needs a little TLC

It’s close to the motorway.The rooms were large and the beds very comfortable.

The bathroom, no proper shower, with a very difficult shower head in a bath tub and no shower caps were provided. Also the lighting was very poor.

Breakfast was ok, just missed continental breakfast as such - ham, salami.

The leisure facilities were useful to be able to use.Free WiFi and good connection from my room.

Paying extra for parking.Room decor looked tired and walls were getting ready for a paint.Skirting boards in the room were dirty and dusty.

Spacious, friendly, large room, comfortable beds, good coffee shop.

Shower pressure wasn’t great and kept switching between hot and cold making showing tricky.

Room was a great size. Lovely friendly staff. Great choice of food at breakfast. Plenty of on site parking.

I did not like the fact that some guests were allowed into breakfast wearing their pyjamas! I did not think this was appropriate dress code and not very hygienic

Not only a hotel but a swimming pool, gym and you can book a treatment in spa. Very nice staff at Reception and in the restaurant. They even surprised my husband with a cake with Happy Birthday on it - something we didn't order, only I stated that we were going to celebrate my husband's birthday. Nice room size, nice towels, robes, little fridge. Oh and we arrived 0.5h before check in but we didn't need to wait for the keys

Sauna was not working during our stay but we used a steam room instead.Very noisy neighbours should be approached by hotel staff immediately after being asked for intervention and there should be some consequences for slamming the doors and shouting after 23.30!

Rooms and corridors are still dirty and in desperate need decoration.See the badly worn carpet. I could of taken more and posted but nothing gets done.

The staff went the extra mile and decorated the room for Valentine’s Day for me and my partner it was that extra special touch I really appreciated.

If the spa facilities stayed open a little later than 8pm

Breakfast was awful ! A man must have installed the hairdryer as its attached the wall with a very short lead !!!

Staff were friendly and polite, the location was fantastic and the facilities were great. Our boys certainly enjoyed the use of the swimming pool. I even used the Gym to kick start my health kick.

Rooms were large and comfortable, although a refurb is overdue, bathrooms in desperate need of an upgrade, general areas were clean. Staff pleasant

The hotel had a very “Butlins” vibe.The type of clientele it was attracting, groups of lagar louts being loud in the bar area, children running up and down corridors, constant knocking on each others doors.The pool area was full of loud groups, would definitely not describe as someone you would come and enjoy a peaceful spa area.Sauna wasn’t working either.

The rooms are a good size , comfy beds , pool is great, super family friendly, fridge in room and they offer spa treatments on site

The food in the restaurant isn't great and it was super busy at breakfast and it was taking awhile to replace items like glasses for juice etc

This is a very old hotel and it needs renovation. The facilities and rooms felt very tired. The sauna wasn’t working during our stay. The pool was okay, but old and, I suppose, not very clean.The changing room was very dirty inside, and the lockers didn’t work. They have only two hairdryers, and they weren’t powerful — very slow.Parking is not free; you need to pay £6 per night.
