Awful hotel. Avoid. Dirty and next to lorry park. Kept us up all night. No airconditioning and they wouldn’t let us change the date to 1 day earlier which we booked accidentally even though there was space.

The room was pretty standard and was what we expected for the money it used updating new beds maybe modern showers .However the team of staff day and night were absolutely lovely attentive and welcoming

The double bed was awful felt every spring although the single was ok

Rust in the bath and window left open, so was cold

The receptionist was exceptionally rude and unprofessional, we made a booking and paid online, but she was saying aww the booking hasn't come through to her system as this was done through booking.com. we were waiting for at least half an hour for the key to be handed over to us

Very kind and friendly welcome at reception to us and our dog.Spacious and comfortable room, big and comfy bed.Complementary biscuits and tea/coffee station in room.Amazing for the price paid

Could have been a little cleaner but other than that the stay and experience was amazing☺️

Very clean and a lovely comfort bed. Brilliant service from staff, very friendly. Free parking which is always a bonus. Take away food in walking distance with shops for snacks and drinks close by.

Could hear the lorries starting their engines all night but they offered ear plugs so that's covered.

Great location when I’m travelling to uk from France to break the journey

It’s a bit basic and this trip the room was a bit chilly and towel rail didn’t work in the bathroom

A bit noisy if you keep the window open u can hear the trucks and it's a busy parking lot.Bathroom needs a deep clean.

We arrived at 01.30am and the staff were very helpful.

The room was a little dated. There was no plug in the sink. But when we asked at reception the lady found us one. The bed linen was lovely and fresh and we slept well before our onward journey

Location was bad as its right next to motorway so could hear all noises, also truck car park right beside our window.

The hotel was clean, tidy and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and accommodating.

I had ordered a double bed and settee and got a twin single room as over booked so not happy, also electrics wire was showing in the bathroom which is very dangerous

For the money spent, it was great value as we looked at several other hotels which were twice the price. We had our dog with us and she was treated like royalty by the staff, can’t fault them. The location was great being just half an hour away from Le Shuttle. Our room was at the rear of the property so very quiet also.

We know this hotel would not be for the discerning type of person but it met our needs on this occasion. We arrived late after a very long journey and went straight to bed, which was comfortable enough. The room was large but the decor was very tired. As mentioned before, this did not bother us as we have stayed in a lot worse places for a lot more money!

Clean room. Everything we needed for a over night stay. Reception staff were very helpful..

Room was great for a family with kids - there was a large double and plenty of space, then an alcove with two good sized singles which meant we could have some light on at times without disturbing them. good proximity to services but not too noisy on the ground floor where family rooms are

Conveniently located for the channel tunnel with car chargers and good value for money
