All Saints Hotel

The location is beautiful, with a view from every window. The front staff was courteous and warm. Breakfast was offered in a large farmhouse, spacious timing area. The rooms were luxury with towels, slippers for the spa. Very quiet hallways and clean comfortable beds.

+Pool facilities are a bit more 'fitness club' than spa but whatever! +Breakfast was pretty mid even if you opted for the extra fee hot breakfast... I had scrambled eggs on toast - it was tiny and a bit cold/sad overall. (I would recommend spending the 10 extra pounds on something in town). +A few miles from the main main town so you will need a car or taxi. Taxi is about ~9 pounds, the only downside is waiting if you don't reserve one in advance.

It was lovely! Very nice, clean, new and a fancy feel. Would highly recommend. The location was perfect as well.

The only thing that wasn’t ideal was that it’s quite buggy in the trees there so there were quite a few flying bugs getting in all the time.

Pool and hot tub are wonderful, nice bar and comfy lounge area. Great breakfast!

The food made me sick I vomited many times, the shower was unsafe, hidden extra charges which was very disappointing, the remote for the TV didn't workRoom service was expensive

Excellent hotel. Very professional staff. First rate spa. Golf course looked good though we don't play.

Easy parking, short walks to spay gym and restaurant. Restaurant was nice!

A bit more of an introduction on checking in about the spa etc would be nice. Would like more options at the restaurant.

The breakfast was very good. However, we booked through booking.com & was informed breakfast was included, upon our arrival we were informed this was an error and had to £40:00 more for the cooked breakfast. The staff in the bar and restaurant were helpful efficient and most importantly very friendly and welcoming. Which created a very pleasant atmosphere.

Reception staff could be a bit more friendly and welcoming they do give you a first impression of the hotel. Luckily enough the staff in the bar/restaurant give the best impression of the hotel. Not enough milk in the room or failure to replenish it.

More selection of tea bags in the rooms. While working more tea would be better especially earl grey.I would also suggest complimentary soft drinks in a fridge.

Room was very small and the breakfast which was included in the price off the stay was very limited and bland.kettle didn't work,windows didn't open,air-conditioning was terrible,room was way to hot throughout the night

We booked this hotel alone for the spa, unfortunately it was very disappointing. The indoor pool was dirty, lounge area was out of order, jacuzzi was out of order. The outdoor hot tub was working however was not clean nor were the ice baths. We paid extra to include the breakfast but when we arrived were told that it only covered continental and a £10 per person charge was needed for a cooked breakfast. Staff however were very nice and welcoming.

Everything was clean and immaculate, the room was spacious and had everything that I needed!

The gym was very cramped and busy every evening that I tried to use it.. didn’t seem user friendly, machines all very close together, the whole atmosphere seemed a bit off?

Pool area needs updating

Location good, on the surface good looking hotel on the approach, communal corridors and bedroom clean and neat

Using the leisure facilities, the hot tub was dirty, there was dirt and grit in the bottom the headrests all showed varying degrees of mould, there was also a 2or 3 inch scum line on the edges. In our room the shower door was sticking in the bottom corner and it felt like it might break on trying to open it, also the loo roll holder was broken. This is not a spa hotel, it’s a hotel that happens to have a pool and gym and treatments available. There were no loungers by the pool and it was full of locals getting their daily exercise in, so much so there was a queue to use the pool. The restaurant food was a bit under par, a sharing platter had hardly anything on it and no bread. The continental breakfast was a fair offering and staff happy to replenish anything that was running low even when close the end of breakfast times. Not the ‘spa’ experience we expected, but had a pleasant time.
