Everything, from the friendliness of the staff to the cleanliness of the room. It was all amazing and the location was ideal. So close to everything. The sea views from our windows were amazing

Just love it here. This was our 3rd time , and it's like home from home. Lovely staff, lovely and clean hotel food is amazing. Fantastic location.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great. The room was perfect for me and my son and great location for the main strip / arcades.

The room was very clean and had everything you need in a room

Bathroom was way to hot and couldn't turn down the radiator. There was a breeze coming from the window. The radiator didn't work in the main room but did report it and got fixed straight away.

I liked that it was right on the beach and close to shops. It was spacious, clean and friendly. I have been 4 times and i will deffinatly be back. There was a nice size tv and a comfy bed and a lovely bar.

Location , parking , very friendly and helpful Reception guy. Lift to rooms. Very clean

Smell of smoke in room. Luke warm water and shower was hopeless water went everywhere

We booked for a double room that had a bath not a shower ,due to health reasons and paid extra for a sea view ,I emailed them to say what time to expect us plus about a bath and a car park which I received an email saying that’s fine on arrival we booked in was given our key it was second floor when checking the room was nice and a sea view till checking the bathroom there was no bath just a shower very disappointed so I went down and questioned it to be told there isn’t a room left with a bathroom my heart sank after checking he said I’ve got a deluxe room that’s got a bath and a lovely sea view do you want to see that we said ok it was perfect lovely sea view and a bath then he turned round and said that’s an extra £100 for the 4 nights I said no way I can’t afford that I said why did you not say when I emailed you with our booking he then tried to blame booking.com it was 6pm and we were tired I couldn’t expect my husband to drive back home another 3 hours I asked to speak with the manager who wasn’t about funny that it all became silent then he said I’ve got a room on the 3rd floor with a bath but no sea view just a spare single bed as well well my heart sank there was no sea view and a closed down building which was a lap dancing club what a view very dissatisfied he was right there was a bath but if you were taller that 5ft you Had no chance my poor husband had to bath with his n knees up to his chest plus I don’t even think it had been cleaned and no towels but it was late and we were tired so I said it will have to do and you can refund us the £60+ for the sea view that I paid extra for his reply was well you have got a single bed instead I couldn’t believe how he could charge us for a single bed I didn’t even ask for instead of a sea view this really didn’t go down well and he was so rude this ruined our holiday but we couldn’t afford to pay out and find another hotel so we had to try and make the best of it not once did any of the management visit us.

A well kept, clean,friendly hotel and everyone was happy to be there, a credit to the owners, will be going there again in the future, breakfast was very nice, well done.

The location is convenient for visiting different tourist attractions. There is a nice nearby promenade. Good cafe and restaurants are in a stone-flow distance.

Room was lovely but not quite as big as I expected, tv was supposed to be a bigger one however seemed the same size as a portable We didn’t have breakfast but looked very nice Location was perfect a short walk to beach and amenities

The decor in the room and corridors leading to rooms very dated. The room did not look anything like the pictures shown. We would not have booked if we had known. A lot of money for a shabby room

Great value. Arrived a bit early but was able to check in because they were able to upgrade to small double (from single), which was more helpful than a lot of places

Instructions for the shower would have been helpful.Bathroom door didn't shut properly Neither of these things were much of an annoyance

Good choice of breakfast dishes. Staff very helpful. Very near the buses.

Close to the sea front and in the centre of everything and very quiet at night

No food offer in the evening but the sister hotel down the road palm hotel has a excellent menu and food and service was exceptional
