Breakfast was a tad early for a Sunday at 8 till 8.40

it was clean and tidy with lovely friendly staff, good evening entertainment, good breakfast, great location.

it leads you to believe that there is parking at hotel, when in fact it is a parking permit to park on street

Good location, good sea view even though we stayed in a room at the side of hotel. Staff excellent and helpful, plenty of parking available at £5 a day arranged through the hotel.

Entertainment wasnt for us. No prices on the food menu on the add board. So we went out to eat.No fridge in the room.

Area was beautiful as far as the beach was concerned. The sea view from the bedroom was definitely worth the extra.

The hotel didn't have air conditioning so the room was extremely hot even though we had windows to open. The area was a little run down and there wasn't a lot to do for someone in a wheelchair.

So close to the beach, literally few straps away, close to restaurants and pier, different attractions. Staff extremely polite and friendly. Clean. Food was good too.

We booked last minute as was so happy that we did. With a sea view in our room, its a shame we did not stay longer. The staff were very helpful, allowing us to check in early and helping with a parking permit. Breakfast was lovely, as were the prices of the drinks in the bar. As an added bonus both my girlfriend and I won at bingo!!!

Seaview room was excellent. The breakfast was excellent.

The hairdryers didn’t work, they even took me to another room and that one didn’t work either and the door lock we had to present the card three times before it unlocked. I think the man calling the bingo got on everybody’s nerves.

Breakfast times are set far too early. If you are wanting breakfast, it is better to opt out and have one outside the hotel.

TV is too small.Need a decent coffee machine in the room.

Fabulous location,beach front as it says but definitely on the right location.Town centre just round the corner.Very helpful staff specially the people at the reception....very jolly and accommodating,sorted us out with a parking permit and where to park. For a 3☆ hotel very clean,no issues catching the lift even on a busy bank holiday weekend.Room were a decent size lucky to have one with a bathtub at one of the busiest vacation period. Hotel is big,some places to sit and chill around in the hotel.

Breakfast - difficult to find a table at first,can't just sit anywhere! not a huge choice but decent enough(we're not big eaters so was okay)served well considering busy bank holiday weekend.

The most shambolic breakfast I ever experienced in a hotel. Instead of a breakfast buffet, they have a waiter who comes to you and takes your order (there are only few options there anyway), and also brings tea a toasts. Nobody really bothered to come, I waved a waiter, he came, didn't say anything at all, I asked if I can order breakfast. He took my order and disappeared. After 15 more mins I found him and asked about the progress. He told me he is not my waiter, as he serves other tables. When I asked him why he took my order, he said "I don't know". When I asked to call somebody who can help me, he said "I don't know". Finally, I found another member of staff, who told me that I need to seat at another table (3 metres away from the one I was initially seating), and she took an order again. Finally, I got my breakfast (35 minutes after arriving to the breakfast room). The whole breakfast setup is extremely disorganized, where staff don't know anything and they don't care about their customers. Also, the breakfast was very very basic.

Didn’t have breakfast. The location was central to all amenities, the booking in process was very quick and efficient, the staff were helpful, professional and friendly and made for a pleasant experience, in which case I may return.
