    Location was spot on.

There was no breakfast ???which was in the price very very disappointed especially as the establishment was classed as a B&B. No WiFi in room. No parking available. No lift and as I am a elderly women who suffers with lung disease it was a big struggle climbing the flights of stairs.

    - Close to beach/sea front. - Room clean, checked and topped up as needed. - Greeted on arrival and door codes explained.

    - Room was falling apart - balcony door didn’t shut properly, old water marks down walls, back of wardrobe broken, plug socket moved, toilet roll holder kept falling off the wall, toilet moves when sat on, shower small and low pressure. - Parking is a nightmare - managed to buy a permit however lack of spaces meant I parked 20 minutes away.

I liked that the hotel was next to a small walk to places like Pleasure Beach and lots of rides! I also like the fact that it is very clean and the staff are nice and friendly!

Bed was comfortable but as we was very tired probably would have slept well anyway.

No staff at the villa at all. In the information about the villa Rose it stated very clearly full English breakfast or continental option and there was NO BREAKFAST AT ALL !!! I paid for this and to say i was extremely annoyed is putting it mildly as then had to find somewhere to go and pay out again for breakfast very very unimpressed. Room was OK floor in bathroom was extremely loud when you stood on it and probably the floor board will break soon. It was also a very small space. Could have done with another pillow as the one I had was very flat.

    Good location. Bed comfortable.

Room rather small. Electrics need investigating and appear to be dangerous. Use with care. Advertised as bed and breakfast but no breakfast available. Top tip obtain a parking permit before arrival.

    7JimPosted on: 8-18-2021

The roof leaked too the duvet first night, we complained, then we woke up to hammer drills and banging a day later. No batteries in remote, no coat hangers. 2 pillows only, main door was locked on arrival had to ask a guest landlords number. We went home 3 days early.

    Absolutely nothing

No parking around hotel when first arrived. Quickly pulled up on the side of the road and ran in to speak to a member of staff about where is best to park the car long stay. Only to find there was no staff, just an A4 piece of paper with 2 phone numbers on. Rang the number to speak to a guy who did not know the area to advise about parking and who said would text us the code to the building and our room. After 5 hours of driving and an hour of finding a safe long stay car park. We finally went up to the room which was ridiculous small. Advertised a double room, the bed was 3/4 and the bedding smelled damp and dirty. The pillows smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Mould on the walls and ceilings, the bathroom dark and dingy with no window and cracked taps and sink. Cobwebs and small insects around the room. We didn’t feel safe due to the pin code entry and various people in and out of the property. Therefor deciding to leave the hotel after 15 minutes of being in the room to try and find a better hotel or drive home. Do not book here.

Bed box in a room was broken, mattresses had visible springs coming out, not possible to sleep on. I was struggling all night with my friend, we ended up sleeping on the floor. Hotel looks nice but we booked hotel to sleep here not to look on the nice bed sheet. Night on this bed it was a nightmare. I managed to sleep only 1h. Not recommended unless you will bring your own air mattresses with you. You can’t open bathroom doors to get in under the shower, water is everywhere, shower was dirty. I’m not happy with this hotel, for this price it’s not worthy.

    Mattress, broken bed box, bathroom

The location was great. Was near to the seafront and town.

Before we arrived, I read other reviews about the property and couldn’t believe what I was reading! But I said to myself just wait to see for yourself things might of improved. But sadly the reviews were right.Upon arriving I received a text message giving us various codes and our room numbers. There was no one there to great us on our arrival. Only 3 out of the 4 rooms were ready. Our check in time was 14.00pm! By 20 past our room still wasn’t ready! So we had to leave our bags in our friends room.Room 06 -was absolutely terrible! There was damp on the wall behind the bed, where it looked like a pipe had burst. There was a window that had been smashed! But someone had then put some tape over it!Room 14- looked ok at first glance. But the room just had an overall musty smell.Room 15- was tiny!!! The lock on the door was loose, so anyone could of easily broke in.Room 20- was probably the best room out of the 4! This was the room we initially had to wait to be ready. When we first went to look at the room the cleaner was in there, and the duvet was stained, I did say to the cleaner that there better be another duvet that your gonna use and not put the stained one back on! To be fair she did change it as I checked when I later returned to the room. The bathroom door didn’t have a lock on it, this was the same for the other 3 rooms! The hallway and lobby was just grubby looking, when we returned later that night, it smelt of weed! It wasn’t very pleasant. Luckily we were a party of 8 ladies, but if I had been down there with my children it would of been absolutely disgusting! We meet a man staying there when we fist arrived too, and he actually said welcome to “the house of horrors” the poor bloke was there for 4 nights and had no shower! It had “CONDEMNED DO NOT USE” How on earth can you stay at a hotel without a shower for 4 days!? It’s bloody terrible!Do they know that there is a virus going on in the world?! As this hotel is bloody disgusting.

Hotel was fair, did meet one member of staff on the second day. bed comfortable.

Sad to say no staff to meet and greet, actually had to use pin number to access hotel and then room, the room pin took ages to get used too as wouldn't always read. Expected breakfast as this was advertised in the advert. No local parking luckily I parked in Sainsburys for £3 a day. Smell of weed on a few occasions. Didn't really feel safe as a few strange people accessing hotel throughout our stay. Asked for a partial refund but been ignored by company that owns it?

    6AlyshaPosted on: 8-15-2021

The size of the room, the bed was comfy and the fan was a bonus

The toilet wasn’t attached to the floor and begun to leak all in the bathroom. Wallpaper hanging off the wall slightly

    6GaylePosted on: 8-13-2021

Hotel looked like it's being gradually modernised. Very clean entrance, lounge area, staircases and walkways. Rooms clean but do have a few issues. Cleaning lady emptied bin and replenished tea and coffee each day. Owner very friendly and helpful. Read a few bad reviews about him but in all honestly he was really nice to us. Location is very good.

Toilet was broken. Had to let cistern to pull the chain as hinge was broken. Window broken. Mattress extremely badly stained. Basin In shower room too small. Bed very hard but that's personal choice. Issue with key pad to bedroom door, went to tell lady. Who was on the stairs. She listened to my query about the keypad. Then put her hand up and continued her phone call. Quite ignorant. Then we called the owner to come who was very polite and helpful. Issue with front entrance keypad.had to get another family to let us in. Booked two double rooms. Room 10 and room 11. Room 11 was very very spacey. Large tv. Loads of floor space. Room 10 was very very small. Like a caravan bedroom. With a very small tv. But both for the same price. Wrongly priced. Views was of close facing windows with a Chinese woman looking through the windows as getting dressed.

    7DonnaPosted on: 8-11-2021

It was a good location and close to the beach and shops

Certain things within the room needed attention. Parking was abit of an issue but got it sorted in the end

    6UnknownPosted on: 8-11-2021

The location was amazing so close to the beach and the bed was comfy and staff were helpful.

The toilet was dodgy wouldn't flush properly and the hotel room could of been slightly cleaner as the tray with the complimentary tea bags on had dust and marks and the bed sheets had some stains on. You could also hear everything they was going on next door we had very noisy neighbours.

    7BurtonPosted on: 8-8-2021

Room was clean and bed was ok but could do with 2 more pillows.

Room was dark and window needs sorting, as it leaked badly when it rained, wetting curtains and wall. Also no bath mat in bathroom and toilet has a leak from somewhere. Bathroom could do with upgrade as shower is not great. Also the chair in bedroom needs fixing aa it is unsafe. Also need coat hangers in wardrobe to hang clothes and not muxh draw space to put clothes. Also not great that no one on hand in case of any problems. Text details of door code and bedroom code on day of arrival, saw 1 person while trying yo do the code then only saw cleaners one day.

    1DanbyPosted on: 8-7-2021

A part from the leak the room was clean and we were close to the town center and sea front

The ceiling had a leak which made the floor and one side of the bed soaking wet no one to contact to sort this problem out
