Lovely stay here for one night. Lovely welcome. Room was big and bathroom huge. Bed was really comfy. Quiet location. Breakfast was lovely as well. Couldn't fault it. Would recommend.

A lovely guesthouse in Great Yarmouth next to the Seafront. Very clean and comfortable. Everything you need is in the room and the owners are really friendly and helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The breakfast was great a variety of cereals and the cooked just right for my requirements.

The hairdryer didn't work but apart from that a very enjoyable stay.

Convenient location on a quiet road, with a sports field opposite. Short walk from promenade and the lovely Waterways. Near enough to Great Yarmouth’s main attractions and Britannia Pier.

2nd time I’ve stayed here. Breakfast was great. Short walk to the beach and town centre

A very pleasant 1 night stay with wonderful hosts and a clean comfortable room and a superb breakfast the following morning.

Deborah and Arthur looked after me immaculately, including allowing my Dad to park out front of their home when he came to meet me for us to go out to dinner together, they're kind and two amazing hosts, and me and my wife are going there together in June.

I found the bed soft as I prefer a more firmer bed,

I liked everything from the hosts to the breakfast the room was really nice and it was close to everything

There was nothing I didn't like

Good breakfast with plenty on offer if you wanted cereals as well as cooked breakfast. Friendly hosts and a small but very comfortable room and bed.

Combined toilet/bathroom just a little cramped, not uncommon and by no means the worst I've experienced- the only criticism I can think of.

Excellent location, good on street parking. An easy walk to the Seafront or the town centre, access to a selection of restaurants and bars. Arthur made me very welcome and was both helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. I would differently recommend the Cleasewood to anyone visiting Gt Yarmouth.

Breakfast was very good. Everything from toast and cereal to full English.Debbie and Arthur were great hosts.Room was comfortable and had everything you would need.

I like the spacious room, the cleanliness of the guest house and the quietness of its location. Arthur and Debbie are friendly and welcoming hosts.

The water pressure in the shower is not as strong as I am used to but I can cope with that. There is nothing negative really.

Perfect stay for me in a central location with great access to Public transport. Fantastic breakfast. Thank you!
