Palm Court Hotel

The location and the free parking, sea view, room was spacious.

The 2 bus loads of pensioners, stairs between the lift and 1st floor, the breakfast was very basic and only just warm.

The staff were lovely, very professional and kind, nothing was too much trouble.The food was excellent and great value for money.As a lone female I felt very safe.I will plan to stay again throughout next year when I am working in Yarmouth

They have cut back on all extras but the price to stay has gone up and the room we stayed in could do with a deep clean

Breakfast was more than expected. Only thing cooked breakfast came out before finished cereal.

No biggie but room was too hot for us and didn’t want to interfere with controls.

The staff were friendly and the food in the restaurant was high quality. The bar area was a lovely space to chill with a glass of wine.

The pool was a little cold and the changing facilities very cold

Swimming pool was good for early morning swims. Loved the old fashion lift

I booked a budget double room but didn't think it would be that small. You couldn't swing a cat.. View was awful

Service was excellent from check in to check out and the receptionist let us park in carpark before check in and also allowed us longer after check out which meant we where able to enjoy a little longer. Also lovely sea view

Only issue was the wifi. With no signal. Someone did come up to landing and reset but went again within 2 mins. Also games room could just do with a little tlc. New darts boards and some cues and there was a flickering light next to fan but on the plus the pool table was on free vent. Not a major issue and would not stop is staying again.

Miss led by booking.com as to the quality of the bedroom. Also found out that the room had we booked direct would have been a £100 cheaper.

Staff were Great. Welcoming and Friendly. The Swimming pool was a Good size. Hotel was within walking distance to the centre and the attractions along seafront. Would recommend.

Sea view was lovely. Location for town perfect. Staff were lovely. Did not eat there.

Price of meals high, so didn’t eat there although food looked lovely. Did not like sliding bathroom door as it did not shut properly.

I'll start with the breakfast as that was superb. Not just the amount but the quality of the food on the plate was of the highest I've experienced. The room was large and comfortable, although a little dated, which didn't bother us at all, especially as we could see the sea from the window. In fact there was quite a nice feel about the place. Having a car park on the site was a bonus and the location is great for all the local amenities. Lastly the staff were very pleasant, whether it was reception, late night porter or the very friendly breakfast staff.

Free car parking and just a few minutes walk into town or on to the main beachfront. Easy access to all the principle areas of the town. Kettle in the room was perfect for the early morning coffee/tea!

Dated , rooms not up modern standard, poor selection of tea/coffee in rooms no biscuits which is pretty standard

As in my review night porter playing music all night disturbing our sleep music was just under our room 101

Overall the experience was great. Getting the swimming pool to ourselves for 1 1/2 hours was amazing

Didn’t appreciate being told we would have to pay extra for pool towels but the issue was quickly resolved by your amazing staff

Palm court was a lovely place food was good staff was nice good value for money And it was very friendly we enjoyed our stay we like to say thank you to the staff.

Getting a bit old , room could do with a lick of paint but spotlessly clean and comfortable
