Best Western Weymouth Hotel Rembrandt

Convenient, able to get taxi easily, suited our needs.

Because it was a Sunday, very busy on arrival. Breakfast was poor quality except for hot food, coffee was very weak and tasteless.

Comfortable, clean and everything works well! Also, very nice helpful staff.

A little on the pricey side. And the food was okay (not bad) but not great.

The room was clean and comfortable, beds, bathroom was clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent

There was nothing to dislike

Spa was a bonus. Towels, lockers and wet bag provided. Comfortable room with plenty of tea and coffee available.

Location, staff, breakfast were all great.

Parking was completely uncontrolled. On 2 nights of my stay, when I returned to the hotel, there was no parking available for guests and I had to seek paid parking elsewhere. I complained to the front desk but just received a shoulder shrug.

Overall very disappointing and extremely poor value for money.

Housekeeping only cleaned the rooms every 3 days. Cups were not washed-up or changed. Wet towels were left on the floor untouched. There was a sign saying beds will only be changed every 3 nights - but it didn't mention beds would not be made or towels changed, or used tea cups changed. The bed in our ground floor room had metalwork sticking out through the mattress and made it impossible to sleep comfortably.

The young man working on reception was a credit to the world of hospitality. I had the pleasure of listening to him dealing with guests whilst I was waiting for a taxi and he should be recognised and I am sure will go far in the world of hospitality.

There was no water in the room which was surprising especially with the weather the way it is

No AC in the room and very hot. The shower had no pressure and the water barely came out.

The staff were very friendly and the location was not far from the boardwalk and beachfront. Also lots of options at breakfast.

The hotel was a little on the pricey side when it comes to food and drinks. Also there were no refrigerators in the room, which would have been a nice thing to have.

Easy walk into town.

Dated. Lots of short steps to get to room. Twin beds and pillows very firm.

Room clean and bed & pillows comfortable though double bed was on the small side. Breakfast buffet was very good. Good selection of full English items and cereals, though fresh fruit selection could be better. All staff v friendly.

Disappointed in no water being provided in the room(not included in room rate apparently!). Only 2 tea bags were provided and we were told the cups were not cleaned until after 3 days which seems strange.

The room was good size and it had everything we needed including the indoor pool and gym

The staff are so friendly and down to earth, really refreshing!The pool was awesome! My kids loved having so much access to the pool.The food was good, both kids cleared their plates every meal which is rare. My favorite was the haloumi fries and side of veg, actual fresh veg, felt really wholesome.Free onsite parking. Great location.

Uncomfortable bed and pillows.

Good location near the seafront and town centre. Good breakfast selection and the pool and steam room were lovely. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Room was fairly basic, and bed wasn’t the comfiest. Housekeeping let the room cleanliness down, as mugs weren’t changed each day, nor was the toilet cleaned. Due to this, I felt it was overpriced for what we got.
