Great location along the front.Room was set back from road so really quiet Tea and coffee in room as well as a small fridge.Ceiling fan kept room cooll

Very welcoming, homely and comfortable. Lots of little extras provided such as toiletries, fresh milk, bottled water and beach towels all free of charge. Fantastic location. Would highly recommend.

Clean and cosy room, great hostess, great location, fantastic breakfast. Ideal location to explore Weymouth, the hostess Louise was very friendly and attentive, the breakfast was great with super waitresses. Would stay again and highly recommended.

Louise was a lovely friendly attentive host . Lovely room overlooked the sea . Very clean comfortable bed . The tea, coffee water, milk and biscuits in the room were excellent quality . The eye mask, room slippers and beauty pouch were a very pleasant additional touch . Excellent breakfast .

Beautifully presented guest house on the sea front.. A very warm welcome, a comfortable bed and a very good breakfast over looking the sea.Perfect.

The owner was friendly, helpful and informative. The single room was clean, well equipped with thoughtful touches such as a tissue box, mini fridge with fresh milk, nice teas, wifi, sink, easy to use heating, plenty of storage, wardrobe and chest of drawers, carpeted, comfy chair, seaview perfectly positioned to see the sunrise, bathrobe, slippers and bathroom accessories. The breakfast was well cooked and delicious.I had a delightful stay and will definitely visit again.

The window was a little bit draughty due to the strong winds but to be expected in February.

Seafront location with dining overlooking the bay.Home cooked breakfast was perfect and complemented by delightful friendly service.

All in all and given the location, amenities, service and price there is nothing to fault.

The room had no view, but that didn't really bother us.

My in laws stayed there and were very pleased. Friendly staff , excellent breakfast and the room was great.

Louise gave us a lovely welcome, she was really friendly and helpful with parking.Our room (No 2) was spotless, warm and cosy ( the weather was very cold ) and very comfortable with lots of extra touches … toiletries, bottled water, plenty of options to make a hot drink, lovely biscuits and even fresh milk in a little fridge!
