    Location. Staff. Facilities.

Added costs that were not disclosed prior to booking. Daily costs for parking and small dog.

    Location

Parking. Madness! Was advertised with private parking, that’s arguable. And we were told we’d have to pay to park on site in an already full car park. We stayed in the annex building, there were cars parked everywhere with barely enough room to walk between. The room wasn’t clean, lots of minor defects. The hall way wasn’t great, carpets all dirty and stained same as the walls. Bed, duvets and pillows disappointing.

The restaurant was great, the sauna was beautiful, staff were friendly. Right opposite the beach.

The hot tub only had half the jets working, our room was really hot (but we sorted that) the bathroom was very small. Parking was very expensive

I only had a 1 night stay, but I was made to feel so welcome, as was my dog. We were warmly welcomed, and offered the circus- themed room. What fun! It was really lovely. The hotel offers a range of pub games, holds events, and is incredibly central. If I come back to Weymouth I will definitely re-book. Thank you, Jubilee!

    Nothing I didn't like.

Breakfast delicious. Room had everything I needed. Staff friendly and workmen very helpful in guiding me into carpark space.I would stay again.

Strong smell of paint when I came down for supper.Carpark.

Location, value for money and as always the staff

Shower dripped and splashed on floor and it's drain was pretty much blocked. No shower gel in dispenser

    9LisaPosted on: 1-4-2026

Super friendly staff, room beautifully decorated and comfortable, really handy being on the ground floor as we took our dog, location is amazing right opposite the beach. Would definitely stay again!

There were no toiletries in the bathroom, but it wasn't a big deal, but it is always beneficial

    7AminaPosted on: 12-28-2025

We had a free seaview upgraded as the hotel was not fully booked. Lovely view, comfortable bed. Good location, near town centre. Breakfast was basic but sufficient.

Place doesn't live up to its name; spa and newly refurbished. Dusty bathroom. Had to pay car park £10 per night. For the price of the room, it should be included.Old windows and temperamental radiator on a very cold visit. It took 5 minutes for the water in the shower to run warm. The hotel advertised a smokehouse, but there was no option for getting dinner on either nights we were there.

    9MichiePosted on: 12-28-2025

    The food was luvly

To dark and no space people to close and to many dogs in eating area

    8MorganPosted on: 12-24-2025

Location was good, staff were friendly, lovely sea views.

We went for a silver room with sea view. The only thing I didn’t like was the four poster bed and decor, it was a bit chincy but was clean with great views, and for the price I could put up with it.

    8HughPosted on: 12-17-2025

Was pleased with the hotel, room was great, clean had all facilities we required reception staff were very pleasant and helpfull,

catering staff not so good barely warm meals with cold unheated peas, ruined the meal staff took it back and heated the peas, didnt look very pleased with our complaint, need customer relation training!

The food was good.it was so cosy in the hotel room The staff was amazing

    6FallonPosted on: 11-24-2025

The staff were all so lovely, and made sure we always were happy. comfiest bed i’ve ever slept in!

room was freezing, put the heating on low, and then it was like a sauna. The drunk people in the bar were very loud (i understand there’s always drunk people) my bathroom towel had a big hole in. The bathroom overall wasn’t the best- shower head was unclean and pressure awful, hairs still in sink. Felt the bathroom let the room down a lot

    9GavinPosted on: 11-5-2025

The staff was very helpful and polite

I ordered a breakfast the day before. and they didn't have all the items I wanted, and the free Wi-Fi wasn't as good as I thought it was no internet connection.

    8CraigPosted on: 10-28-2025

Great entertainment, all the staff we encountered were more than friendly, polite and actually said hello just because they wanted to! Our room had a lovely sea view. Three chimneys bar is brilliant, board games to play, very family oriented. Good buffet breakfast. Comfortable stay. Good location. Would definitely stay again

Car park is tight but hand the cars and let the staff do the rest. Our shower was abit compact, but more than adequate for a family of 4

    7StevePosted on: 10-26-2025

    Staff amazing, hotel great value

Nice lighting would be better.Coffee choice in room was not good, condsider something better than Nescafe, and make sure enough supplies of sugar and milk.

Customers must always supervise their pets and not leave them alone in the rooms unless they are using the spa or bar facilities. Mobility Requests- Please check with us in advance if we can accommodate your mobility requests. We have 3 elevators, and only 1 fits wheelchairs, mobility scooters (and prams). The elevator that takes wheelchairs goes from our Lower Ground Floor, (Reception, Spa and Restaurant) to our Upper Ground Floor only. On our Upper Ground Floor, we have 13 rooms, and another 3 rooms up 8 narrow stairs. We do not offer disabled room types, but we have tried to make the Upper Ground Floor Rooms as accessible as possible. But please check with us before booking that these rooms are available and that they suit your needs. Not all our Room Types have Rooms on the Upper Ground Floor so it’s also very important that you book the correct room type. Also, while the majority of our rooms have elevator access, not all do, so again please check with us if elevator access is required so we can allocate accordingly. Annex Extension- Please note that we have 6 rooms our extension at the back of the hotel. Please let the property know in advance if you would prefer a room in the main hotel. Housekeeping- In recent years we have stopped automatically doing room services as more of our customers preferred privacy to a Housekeeper knocking on their door at 9am. However, we of course do not want this to get in the way of good customer service so- -At our Reception, we have a glass cabinet full of lots of extra free supplies- help yourself. -If you brought us your wet towels, we will exchange them for fresh ones. -If you would like your room cleaned, please request it the night before and we will schedule you for the next day’s list. This will of course be free. If you want your room cleaned daily, please don’t let this put you off booking. Just let us know on check-in and we will book you in every day! Also, all of our toiletries are in dispensers as we have gone eco-friendly and limit our plastics. Cots- If you require a cot please check with the hotel that your room will fit a cot, otherwise you may need to upgrade to a room that does. Also please check we have one available and they are not all booked out. Cots are £10 per night, and we provide a sheet but after that ask that you bring your own bedding so that it suits your child’s needs. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own cot and then we do not charge for the extra child in the room. Grade II Listed Building- As a Grade II Listed Georgian Building, we are subject to regulations which protect the historical and architectural significance. This building is of a special interest me...
