I was happy with the room, service and amenities in the room. Hairdryer, very warm bathroom radiator, complimentary tea and biscuits, room servicing daily and I like the colour schemes. I stayed in the superior twin bed room with a sea view. And the view was wonderful. There is a lift which makes it easy to travel up and down. They have a lovely bar area and breakfast room. And the WiFi works great there. I stayed 3 nights and could easily have stayed more. If I come to Exmouth again, I will stay here again. Nazim, was really kind and helpful and dealt with any queries cheerfully and quickly.
We received a very warm welcome. The room was spacious and clean. Lovely hot shower. Comfortable beds. Excellent position right next to park and a short walk to the seafront.

Room very draughty
It was very nice and clean and there was a warm reception when l arrived..
I was having a bath and the water was going down the plug hole slowly..
Pleasant, helpful staff. Greeted with smiles from everyone I came into contact with.Cleanliness.The price!
Lovely breakfast, served quickly. Excellent location near the sea front and town centre, perfect for our 3-night stay.
Some of the decor could do with updating, and we could hear other guests in their rooms.
The hotel was good, the room clean and welcome pleasent.Window in shower - bathroom no lock to stop window opening and curtain blew out the window.Breakfast for £12 really was not great value for money.2 peice bacon, a egg a small round bowl of beans about 25 beans if that...Toast as much as you can eat lol..Best was the orange juice... coffee was like luke warm and like washing liquid ...
Bed was confortable and welcome was good thank you for that.Would go back again.
V clean room, comfy beds and charming and kindly staff.
A guest who smoked in his room and set off the alarms. We mustered outside in the cold while staff gave the place the all clear. The smoker was fined! Quite rightly.
The bedroom and public rooms were excellent. Having access to the back door made it easy to get to our car when needed.
Everything was fine but thought £12 per night for parking was a bit steep. This is a general review and not a detrimental one. This hotel has recently been taken over by new owners and is a work in progress. Some of the bedrooms have been refurbished and others were being done whilst we were there. We had a refurbished room and it was excellent. The bar and breakfast area were nicely furnished and good selection of drinks were available. The new owners are working had to get the hotel "up together" as it was very run down by the previous owner. It's an old building so its all taking time. We had an extra heater in our bedroom, very thoughtful as the weather turned a bit cold and the bathroom radiator did not come on.
Always clean, friendly staff and lovely breakfast. Lovely smelly bathroom shower gels and hand-wash.
We had a great stay at the Manor Hotel Very clean, comfy and made to feel so welcome. The location is spot on for getting to the center or the sea front and the sea view from our room was amazing
I'll start on a semi positive, the room was comfortable & clezn
I'd asked for a bath, there wasn't one, so I went & spoke to the guy on reception he let us move to one with a bath. My daughter & I walked in to the room & were immediately hit with a strong smell of paint I made a coffee, but thought no, we cant stay in her, I was already getting a headache. I went downstairs again. All he kept saying was we've cleaned the room & if you want to move back to the first room its £10 . Nope not paying. Eventually he let us go back. He didn't believe me. We popped out & on our return the guy said, excuse me made youre right it does smell if paint. My reply was I dont say something if it isn't fact. The room needs to be ventilated & you should t be renting it out untill the smell has gone. This was GLOSS paint on the headboard wall & it was still tacky. Also the toilet brush had poo on it. Not nice .
Clean and comfortable room.Great location for bars and restaurants.
Clean and comfortable roomsVery helpful staff
Restuarant- not really open - would have to choose from limited menu & check it was available - then again it was winter !
The room was a seaview room and it was amazing. It was warm and cozy. The TV had a lot of stations, the tea and coffee facilities were as expected. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of space to hang your clothes. The bathroom looked brand new and was perfect. There was plenty of toilet roll (which you don't always get). The location couldn't have been better, close to shops and bars. Perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back.
Nothing to be honest it was all good. Staff. Facilities everything was good.
