Location. friendly staff

Cooked breakfast wasn't hot

The spa bath was a great surprise. Location was excellent, close to the beach, town and facilities.

The corridor to the room felt very thin and like an old persons block of flats.

Good for Birdwatching Boat Trip. £5 taxi from town/station.Helpful friendly staff. Could leave case after checking out.Warm and quiet room.

Couldn't turn radiator down/off, was broken, too hot in room overnight.Weird lightfitting that flickered even when off.No evening meal/food available, long cold walk alone to find nearest pub. Whole town very deserted.Immediate upset stomach after breakfast.. sausages looked very underdone.

Breakfast was excellent.

No food in the evening. £8 charge for difficult parking. Small room.

Excellent location right on beach front, close to town centre and railway station.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast were very good.. would definitely stay again. We had a newly refurbished room which was large with nice size bathroom..

Characterful, old fashioned hotel in a very good location and with a full sea view.

Significant amount of old dry blood on duvet, furniture broken inc hand rails falling off walls and shower dirty. When discussed with staff, initially excuses made but when we returned to the room the duvet had been replaced.

Location was perfect.breakfast was good, cooked breakfast could have been better.

Bacon was overcooked,sausage was tough and eggs were very pale in colour. Cereal,pastries and coffee and tea was perfect.

The room was a little warm for us, however it was Feb, so no doubt the heating was on for the guests.

Parking was an issue and £8 a night was a bit pricey on top of the room charge (especially out of season).

Great location . Had a small room this time ad we were going to be mainly out, it did the job, but booked again gor March and booked a sea view again bigger room and lovely view

Plug got stuck in bathroom sink but no biggy

Great location and receptionist was fantastic.

Not very clean, particularly the bathroom. Sink had a leak at the u-bend. Shower screen not protective so water went all over bathroom floor. TV tiny. Room very dated.

The location of the hotel was good and the staff were helpful and friendly.. There was a good selection at breakfast. ..if anything the served portions were over generous.
