Pros +
- Nice room, large bathroom, comfy bed, nice breakfast, warm friendly atmosphere.
- The bar area. The breakfast venue and staff.
- Location, very clean, large room and ensuite would definitely stay again and recommend
Cons -
- Fridge as standard would be good.
- Position of room which was directly opposite a conference room. Meeting started 6.30 am with people whistling and chatting outside room. The staff on the desk appeared disinterested in the fact that we were very disturbed just saying we could have had a room upstairs if we had asked. We were staying for a large group dinner which we come to every year. Last year we stayed at the Chatsworth which sadly has seen better days. We will seriously consider somewhere else next year. Why put customers in room 18 when staff know there will be a conference? Why not ask customers if they would like an upstairs room even if we have to pay more?
- If I was being picky, the only slight issue was that the hash brown was still frozen in the middle but the breakfast was still 8/10

Location
Breakfast was amazing every day. Great selection and everything cooked fresh. Excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble.
Being picky a few small areas of the decorating could have been better
The breakfast was buffet with a great selectionAll the staff i met were lovely and friendlyThe room was bigger than I expected, warm and cosy and quiet given how near to a main road it is. Highly recommend
The staff were fantastic and helpful and the breakfast was excellent
The fridge in room made a bit of a noise .
lovely friendly staff and a warm welcomevery comfortable room with all amenities, super big bedgood breakfast with lots of choicerelaxing vibe throughoutexcellent location near beach and pier
nothing!
Excellent room, furniture and fittings in good condition. Super king bed. Room and bathroom clean. Staff most friendly.
Bed was harder than is our preference, others may find it more acceptable.
Easy reach to beach/restaurants and retail. Fab clean room and comfortable bed. Luxurious towels. Easy to use shower and good selection of bathroom products. Generous selection of beverages and snacks. Fridge for cooled water and chilled chocolate. Nice size desk for laptop and good size smart tv. Nice welcome by reception.
Fabulous breakfast with lots of choices. Well cooked and nicely presented .Staff were all incredibly helpful and positive
Room and breakfast were great.Bathroom was perfectly clean and adequate but a little dated.
Lack of parking
Breakfasts were very good, plentiful and good choices. Our front facing room was enjoyable, as it overlooked a small park, complete with squirrels.
There is no lift available, and we found the stairs very steep and hard to manage, as we are in our 70’s, and have problems. We would request a ground floor room if we were to revisit. The staff very helpful with carrying our luggage.
Comfortable room, decent size. Good breakfast.
Lots of stairs, no lift. Parking is challenging (off-site, expensive).

Location of the hotel & staff . They were very good .
That no lift .
Excellent location and friendly staff in the heart of Worthing
Struggled to find parking
Breakfast very good. Staff excellent, always friendly and helpful.
Dining room off limits to residents twice due to corporate functions which resulted in late night, noisy furniture moving. Friday night function ended in loud disco type music making sleeping difficult
Great hotel in great location. Close to the shopping area and close to the sea front. The staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and plentyful
The location is fantastic, a very short walk from the seafront and overlooking the beautiful Steyne Garden. The staff are both professional and friendly and the breakfast is of a high standard. It's a very traditional Sussex seaside hotel.
The bathroom floor was dirty and the old-fashioned bathroom suite was not a positive. The toilet handle ended up breaking. I have stayed at The Ardington before and only booked this time because it was noticeably cheaper than the alternative. I cannot put my finger on it, but there is something odd, unpleasant and even sinister in the atmosphere in certain parts of the hotel and once again I left not wanting to go back.
