Sleep Hotel

Easy check in and check out process. Good location, comfortable and clean

The room was exceptionally clean, well furnished and quiet.

Shower water temp was too hot and difficult to adjust.

Great location. Excellent customer service. Personal touches such as the welcoming gifts.

As the room is on a main road it can be noisy.

My children and I loved the space, the style of the room and the special touches like the treat tray (which made their day, everyday - although the amount of packets of crisps for the three of us was a bit random! 1 on night one, 2 on night 2 and none after that!)The refreshments room was a nice touch, although lids for the cups would have been helpful as my children kept spilling their drinks (even though I half filled the cups) and I kept having to mop up as we went! I wish your hot drinks machine had a hot milk option! I was worried about the stairs to the mezzanine in the family room (as travelling with 2 and 7 year old) as I couldn't find any pictures before the stay, but they were perfectly safe and they both adored it up there!

Not much that the venue can do about this, but parking was tricky for arrival/departure and bringing luggage in/out. This is harder anyway as a single parent travelling with young children so may not be an issue for others.

Great location, ideal for a short stay. very responsive staff. Clean, tidy and comfortable

Location for where we needed to be was great( had a wedding in Field Place Manor House)a short 10 minute drive away. Very clean and a little quirky!! Would define stay here again…..

Been trying to come up with what I didn’t like( no reception,no personal contact with anybody only a person cleaning the room) but actually we didn’t need any contact. We got our door codes when we checked in on line and there is a multi-storey car park directly opposite( a tad expensive but been to worse!!)

Helpful and accommodating staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Location good, staff very helpful

The steps up and down from the bed on the balcony seem dangerously steep. Bathroom quite cramped

Modern clean easy and local

The manager was super cool he very kindly allowed me to a very late check out as I ended up in recording studio and me night before and had not slept. I love this hotel it’s comfortable quiet and very classy in thh he e way tbb on why have done the interior design. And you have access to unlimited coffees from a very cool coffee machine highly recommend sleep hotel

The friendly attitude.

I struggle with stairs due to arthritis and Fibromyalgia and struggled with chairs.

Really clean and tidy, check in and out was incredibly easy, and they were incredibly helpful when we needed to call them!

Location excellent, walking distance to station shops beach etc.Good design and eco ethos. Enjoyed the free coffee and hot drinks really good facilities.

Shower thermostat stuck on hot.Early morning, 7am, loud voices and door slamming was very annoying. Could have been the cleaners? Initially however the cleaners were very helpful and friendly.

The room was very clean and well equipped and the additional snacks were such a lovely personal touch. They even left us some cocktails as a treat after I happened to mention we were celebrating an anniversary. We really enjoyed our stay and had everything that we needed in a very central location, just minutes from the town and the beach.

As the ceilings were high, the sound travelled and it was quite noisy at night with others coming in and talking in the corridor outside our room. You could also hear the water pipes whenever a tap was ran or toilet was flushed, so would probably recommend ear plugs

The random generated codes instead of keys. The coffee machine was ideal. The decoration and style was so awesome. Felt very homely but also different.

Nothing immediately comes to mind, although the bed was very soft and I prefer a harder one.

It was easy to get in all the information emailed so could access the hotel and room easily, the room was amazing super clean and made my nights stay easy and simple

Excellent stay the beds are like sleeping on a cloud. Really quiet at night. The rooms were spotless and we was even left a bottle of Prosecco in the roomTo celebrate my friends engagement. Would definitely stay again.

Location within 10 minutes walk of Central Worthing and Seafront. NCP car park nearby reasonable price particularly with advance booking. Drinks area downstairs very modern, nice decor throughout. Spotlessly clean. Owner very helpful easy to communicate with, immediate response. Offered to store bags before check in to allow us additional time to get to friends Wedding.

Location is perfect, only few minutes from the beach and centre. Rooms are facing away from the main road so pretty quiet.Only down side is no parking but car park is few minutes walk which isn't too bad. Cost £7.95 for 24 hours.Room is good sized. Beds are comfy.. refresh room is lovely with hot drink machine.I would highly recommend.

Always smells lovely , clean and stylish place - just a great atmosphere - highly recommend ⭐Thank you
