Room jaded and had stains, parking not so good as the south side. Hot water problem, it wouldn't work, but the staff sorted it with no messing about and managed to transfer us to the south side.

Location, price, service

The location was fantastic, rooms were ok, comfortable.

The bathroom was absolutely filthy, ground in dirt in the corners of the floor, floor by the toilet has a deep rut where floor is giving way. Bath had a rim round it where it's not been cleaned. My grand daughter found a bug on the bed

It was adequate for what I required.

It was easy to access and room was good.

Never again! Avoid

Our room was very cold, only one small electric heater, no hot water in the shower, very slow check in never mind we were the only customers. No dedicated parking , had to park in services between trucks

Bath enamel was stained. Dust behind bedside cabinets and under the bed

We turned up at 1030pm in February having had a tiring day moving house. The room was freezing as the windows were open despite it being 4C outside, and the heating was turned off. We sat in coats and scarves in our room before braving a dash into bed. The bathroom had no heating at all so was still cool in the morning.

Location is great. Easy access to A34. Near to A303, M4 and M3. Safe parking.McDonald open 24hrs

The bedroom is huge, toasty and comfy, and the person at the reception was extremely nice.

Breakfast from Costa was lovely easy to use voucher from hotel

Rooms could do with a bit of TLC

Brilliant receptionist Sophia/Sofia who was working Saturday 6th December 6.00pm. She was friendly and helpful.

Car park beside hotel was dark for unloading car.

Staff member Kundon very helpful and accommodating to a mix up with hotels and rooms and I ended up staying at another Days Inn at Winchester and friend swapping. Both staff members very helpful and accommodating.

Damp musty smell in communal areas but this was at another site, Winchester site, I believe. Rooms dusty in more hidden areas.

Location wasn't easy to get to. Some confusion overstating Scotney North & South

I wasn't made aware beforehand of the fee to bring our dog

A lovely quiet location with friendly staff and a spacious very clean room.

Convenient

The room was definitely not up to standard, dog hair over the base of the bed, hair in the bath and a cotton wool bud by the side of the bin which looked like it had been there for a while

It was near the motorway . The bed was comfortable , plenty of towels.

The room was very cold. A tiny heater which was turned off . The blinds were closed and we only discovered that the window had been opened before our arrival, and the lock was broken. It was a downstairs room. Room needed an upgrade . It was hard to find as a huge transporter was blocking the entrance , we had to walk over grass verges with our luggage. ( the receptionist tried her best to locate the kitty driver to no avail) only food was a Macdonalds.
