Clean great staff and facilities

Nothing everything was perfect

Spacious room, handicap bathroom was a little bit of a problem but not a big deal. Restaurant and bar were unexpected and welcome.

Good breakfast and good location

The lady mopping the lobby floor at 11am during checkout time. This created an inconvenience for all the people checking out having to move their stuff to let her mop and also breathe the strong cleaning detergent. What a coincidence.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Had a great sleep. Staff was accommodating.

The sink was missing the pull for the sink plug and so we could not drain it, so it was not usable.

Feel there should have been some kind of drinks offers in the bar on a Saturday night.The music in the bar in the early afternoon was quite loud and so it was difficult to hear your conversation.Parking overnight was expensive especially as there was no alternative.

Room was comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient. WiFi was sufficient.

The gym / fitness equipment was in poor condition. The temperature in the gym was too high, like a sauna.

Not bad, however the pillow was dirty, the room old but for ine night can be.

Everything was very good, with one exception. I ordered a cheeseburger and it was the worst that I’ve ever eaten, and as an 80 year old Canadian, I’ve enjoyed eating a lot of cheeseburgers. But, as I said, everything else was above average. Staff professional and friendly, and a very clean, comfortable, and quiet room. Will stay there again, but I’ll order the chicken wings.

It was overall a nice hotel, the room was clean and spacious. The WiFi worked well. The staff was great, they were very friendly when they checked us in and throughout our stay. Upon checking out, the handle of my suitcase ended up coming undone and the man working the counter at the time was kind enough to let me use some tape to hold it together until I could get it replaced. The restaurant in the main lobby was pretty good. It’s close to the airport so it made our travel day a little less of a hassle by cutting the commute. They had an indoor pool as well which was a nice added benefit. The horse lamp at the entrance was also a fave.

There was a steam room near the pool area, which is cool they have one — but it didn’t smell very nice. It was empty at the time and may have just been in need of a bit of cleaning at the moment. I’d say everything else was great though, I’d definitely stay here again!

Very dificult to get to the hotel from the airport if you dont have a rental or pay for a taxi or uber, if you bring ur own car you have to pay for parking ??

Close to Gatwick Airport and pool and steam room were great to enjoy before flying home.

Everything was satisfactory. I wish it had a shuttle service to the airport though.

The person behind the reception desk went above and beyond to make us feel at home, including offering to come and take family pictures. Also a good room set up for a family of four.

The room was spacious. The furniture and facilities somewhat old but clean. no water or drinks in the room but there was tea and a small kettle. Overall for a stop over to the Gatwick Airport it is very convenient. We took Uber from the airport which was around 10 pounds.

I'd love to pay less

Breakfast, beds, quietness. Perfect for rest after a long-haul flight. Nice view of green countryside.

The restaurant could have had more vegan options. That's the only thing I can think of, everything else was wonderful.

Convenient location for arriving at Gatwick for an early flight. The room was clean and the amenities were standard. We had a car and the car return was just 10 minutes away.
