The staff were efficient,courteous and helpful. Despite COVID, they kept the quality of food fresh and service was kind and fast. Location was close to all our travel needs and nice pubs and restaurants.

Old hotel in need of a reno. The room was very cold. The front desk had to bring a heater.

The room was clean, the staff were very helpful and at the front desk, they had a variety of complimentary toiletries which was extremely useful since I had forgot my toothbrush! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We didn't like the fact that there was an 8 pound parking fee which we were unaware of until we arrived.

Love staying here before or after a holiday, perfect location walking distance to town amd a harvester next door.

Nice buffet breakfast, good selection of produce, amazing coffee machine

More pastries only got to see them once as they were so popular with the early rise guests

When the kettle in the room blew the electrics in the room I reported it to the reception desk, I was then told it was because the kettle was wet and I had overfilled it, the receptionist must have been a mind reader as the kettle hadn't been inspected by anyone!- but it was already my fault!! I do know how to fill a kettle and I know how to use one, I found the staff member I spoke to very arrogant and patronising.

The elevator was not working for those 4 days we stayed there and we had to carry our luggage to 3rd floor and back again

Staff very nice and helpful. Bed very comfortable and quality of sheets very nice. Room was quiet and peaceful. Plenty of parking. Easy to get to the M23 and the airport.

Scrambled egg - yuck. Other than that, the breakfast options were ok.

Super friendly staff made us and our young daughter feel very welcome. Great customer service!

Paying £9 per day for parking but we understand that's just one of those things.

We were in an ideal location for the Brighton Marathon. For anyone travelling to Brighton use Three Bridges Station as it's easier to get to with loads of parking too.Breakfast was great!

We found pillows to hard but that's our preference.

Very comfortable bed and the room appeared clean. Able to open the window to get fresh air. Good selection for breakfast. Easy walk to Three Bridges railway station.

There were often comings and goings in the corridor about 3am - I suppose as this hotel is close to Gatwick it is understandable. Only semi skimmed milk available to eat with the cereal.
