Pros +

I was a regular customer for two months continuously and therefore became familiar with the reception staff, they were lovely and kind! Very cheerful and polite and professional.
The bartender was extremely friendly and gave some great advice on future travel destinations. Our server in the restaurant was also extremely nice and young lady from South Africa.
5 minutes from the airport, all employess went above and beyond. Clean and spacious rooms and price is awesome. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking to be close to Gatwick airport

Cons -

The last three days of my stay were not so good. The cleaners who changed my bed sheets have lost/taken my pyjamas and no one seems bothered by the situation at all. All I got from the hotel staff were shrugged shoulders and that was it. I m not impres
The rooms were hot and muggy. The ac did not work properly.
It was not at Gatwick airport. The name is very deceiving.
