Breakfast was chaos selecton poor and size of plates was teaplates coffee machine broken staff informed but was not rectified

Friendly staff. Even being recognised by a member of staff, as we stayed before, but that was over a year ago! Lovely food and accommodation. Excellent COVID procedures in place

We were allocated another hotel due to the Holiday Inn being refurbed, however the replacement was excellent, we stayed at the Hotel Ibis, Bridgewater, we had 1 twin & 1 double connecting rooms which were amazing. Loved the "industrial" feel and look of the decor. Breakfast was slow and had to wait for food to be replenished, however it was very good.

Andrew is really helpful in supporting the guests. Andrew moved to a quiet room on arrival due to large group in.

This hotel was taken over by the home office taking over. It was neant to be celebrating our engagement as this was where i said yes. So upsetting.

Let down by being a member of yours. We were offered a basic hotel. Not good. Why o why am I getting this email from you after you had cancelled our christmas.

perfect location and the staff were lovely

the shower was a bit unkept - they are clearly new and spacious - which is lovely, but some parts looked like they hadn’t been cleaned.

My favourite breakfast, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. Convenient time.

Nothing I thought the place was great, perfect for what we were doing.

As a coeliac the gluten free breakfast area was great with no. Chance of cross contamination.

The toilet seat in our bathroom was not fixed to the pan , also one bedside light didn’t work.

Modern with all facilities on site. Good breakfast and food choices.

Single bed mattresses not good for a comfortable sleep.

I'm not a coffe drinker neither is my wife,there was four satchets of coffee but only two tea bags,not everyone coffe drinker

The Breakfast plates were cold saucers and was shocked at this as we were both looking forward to a cooked Breakfast on one normal plate !

The beds and the pillows were so comfy. Unfortunately it was a late night (for the carnival) then an early get up (to go home) so we couldn't make the most of it!

Nothing. I was a bit worried about dogs being allowed in the hotel but thankfully our room didn't smell of dog

Great stay, comfy bed, clean room. Stayed several times and always happy.

Loved the modern feel of the hotel. The desk in the room was helpful. Breakfast was easy and convenient.
