The standard is much lower than expected. You have to pay for parking. There is no way to park nearby

The bed was too hard, we both heard the traffic all night, breakfast was cold ?

No working hair dryer very very basic room that looks like it had mould on walls

This property is quite modern in the way it looks and feels - the staff were so amazingly friendly and helpful !!

Only the food was a little pricey and drinks but lovely service

The parking was terrible. And the price for parking is ridiculous £9. The new decor is horrendous I’ve never seen anything so hideous it was like a building site . I know it’s a new thing but it’s just not nice depressing and makes no sense at all. Plane patchy concrete walls with holes in cold and damp looking felt like we were sleeping in an indoor car parking lot. Truly awful.

Location suited my needs although only because I was in a car. Nothing amenity-wise close by. Bed comfortable, quiet location, usual pleasant Ibis decor. They're ok for short stop overs but rooms lack storage facilities for longer.

Staff on arrival not that welcoming, providing insufficient info (if any!). Having to pay £24 parking on top of the price - not overtly clear on booking. Lack if storage space, broken coat hanger, lumps if dust attached to bottom of kettle heater base and in skirting.

Lovely rooms clean shower was great.

Beds are awful, hard bed and pillows rooms are way too hot even with the air con on.

Beds were nice and comfy.Shower/bathroom was nice and spacious. Very clean and modern.

Staff were unhelpful and slow. Tried to pre-book parking and they were no help. Our room had barely any lighting, marks all over the walls and the TV didn't work.

Liked the hotel itself.... didn't use the bar/ restaurant. Didn't have breakfast Comllimentary chocolate cookies were lovely.

Not much. The car park is excellent but discovered after booking their is a £9.00 per 24 hours car park fee.. Maybe this fee should be highlighted before booking..

Liked the bathroom and room was ok although look unfinished like there was wall paper missing or paint but i guess that a preference.

Rooms were not soundproof as we were proven by the room next door.Didnt like havign to pay for parking especially when there no easy way there .

The decor,no fresh ciculating air very stuffy,car park cost 9 pound,like sleeping in a concrete bunker,had to fill in paperwork they already had details would not book there again.

The final charge, which they tried to make.I knew at the end I owed £87-90, but was presented with a bill for £150 which I knew wasn't right.

Hotel is clean, easy to find and staff were helpfull. Had requested an early arrival, which was confirmed but unfortunately our room was not ready.
