Excellent restaurant for dinner although breakfast wasn't as wonderful (but had all you could need, to be fair). Bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. The location in the heart of Bridgwater just isn't obviously as lovely as if being surrounded by a more beautiful setting!

Breakfast was excellent. Great choice of continental and cooked breakfast.Also had room service, food was amazing. And presentation excellent.Staff friendly, helpfull and approachable.

Really quiet hotel couldn't hear any outside noise and same in the hallways and this was a Saturday night. Shower was lovely too and bed was very comfy. Would stay again. Staff were lovely and helpful too.

The menu and breakfast isnt very vegan friendly. Would be great to have a few more options .

I was genuinely surprised by this hotel. It was my first stay and, given the very reasonable price, I didn’t expect much. But I was extremely pleasantly surprised. The room was fantastic with amazing, comfortable beds, and the staff were very friendly with smooth check-in and check-out. I travel a lot and stay in many hotels, including far more expensive ones which are not at this standard. This really felt like discovering a little hidden gem. Well done.

Liked the shower & ease of access.

Bed was uncomfortable. Mattress too hard. Only one bottle of still water. Variety of tea bags but no everyday tea bags. Everything flavoured. No soap so you couldn't wash your face. Had liquid soap but made my face very tight & dry. Toilet roll holder was loose so toilet roll kept falling off. Shower screen only covered half the shower so floor got slippery & wet. Bit of a hazard.

Hotel was in an ideal location for us as we were visiting family in the area. The room was clean and comfortable and fairly priced at £71 for a single night stay.I wouldn't hesitate to been here again next time I'm in the area.Although we didn't eat here we did have a drink in the bar. All the the staff we met from checking in, drinking in the bar and then checking out were polite and courteous.

The room was very comfortable, beds were great. The room was very well equipped with really nice touches like ironing board and iron and fridge. Large desk to work at if needed plus smaller table if you wanted to sit with a coffee.Bathroom was very good and the shower was lovely. We did not spend much time at hotel but there was plenty of room to relax.Hotel is two minute walk from the centre of town and next to ring road so easily accessible. Large car park although we did not use it.

Just that we couldn't open door to balcony so no fresh air and kettle didn't work but we had bought our own.

Reported on the first day, Friday afternoon, that the fridge in the room was not working, heating up instead of cooling water, milk etc. was told by receptionist that they hav no maintenance working at weekends !! So had nothing all weekend to cool drinks etc !

Easy to find, plenty of parking. Staff were welcoming. The room was a good size, comfortable and had everything we needed - it's always good to have a fridge, We didn't have breakfast in the hotel, but we enjoyed a tasty and reasonably-priced bar meal in the evening. It was only a short walk into the town centre.

The room key stopped working before the checkout time.

You could have a small fridge with small quantities of fresh milk available and small quantity of fresh rolls or croissants for late arrivals.

Attractive interior, spacious rooms

Staff not very welcoming on arrival and no better on departure - I had to press for basic information and wasn’t asked whether I enjoyed my stay. I also requested my room be cleaned but it wasn’t.

Location great.Staff excellent. Room clean.Room service food was good.

Beds uncomfortable and pillows really lumpy.We both had trouble sleeping. Would be nice when booking a twin room that the beds weren't so close together. Felt like I was sharing a double bed with my friend.
