Super friendly staff

Plastic undersheets on the beds. The room was a little cold in the evening while watching TV. The heating came on in the morning.

Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! Great central location, excellent choice of cooked breakfast, and very kind and helpful staff. The walk-in shower was great too - easy to use with a bonus rainsshower head.

The boy racers tearing up the road outside the front were noisy, but as it was hot the window had to be open a bit.. Next time I'd request a room at the back of the hotel!

Great price , fantastic room and facilities , friendly polite staff , flexible check-in till late, great location, multiple choice for breakfast, food fantastic Our second time staying here will be booking again for next year Definitely recommend

Due to hotel been of tudor times stairs could be an issue with those with mobility problems , but for us no matter

Breakfast starts at 7, could do half 6, that would be great for people going to work at 7Toiletries like toothbrush are not provided, but loo is really squeaky clean! Overall 9/101 more for improvement! ?

Best nights sleep for a good while, fantastic breakfast also. Staff very helpful especially as I was immobilised on crutches a little. Took my case upstairs & helped bringing down when leaving. Do like this hotel for location as well as all other facilities it offers.

The staff are welcoming and helpful, the space is clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast.

I couldn't have my bath because the water was extremely cold. The water running in my bathroom wasn't hot, too cold ❄️.I reported to the receptionist but it wasn't fixed till I left.

The bed was really comfortable, spacious and a huge bath! Really lovely room. Had a nice big fluffy blanket we could put on the bed too. The breakfast in the morning was so tasty!! ?

The road outside was a little noisey but didn’t disturb us too much

Loved the location and the authenticity of the building and its surroundings. Central location and easy access the restaurant and bar were an added bonus and the staff are really friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing and really good value for money.

The staff were helpful from the start until the end of our trip. The breakfast on the morning was great too. This is our second time staying here due to this.

Parking is difficult everywhere in bridgewater.But did find cheap two day parking at railway station.

Lovely old building, staff were absolutely excellent and friendly. Nice fry up and coffee in the morning.

Lots of banging and loud noises above me. I was in the quieter end of the hotel which I do really appreciate, but it was quite noisy.

Great location, in the centre of Bridgewater. Really handy for Cobblestones venue. Room was clean, had windows that actually opened if you get too warm. Staff were friendly and vegetarian breakfast was very nice.

Not much really. There's no on-site parking but Market Street car park is around a 4 minute walk

I really liked the quirky layout of an old building. The room was nice with all the amenities you need. It was also very clean. The staff were very friendly, helpful and would do anything to help if needed. The food was also very nice indeed and well priced. The offer of a packed lunch instead of breakfast was great.

Nothing to dislike. Would definitely stay again if/when necessary
