- The welcome from hotel employee was genuine and helpful. He was friendly and polite, and smoothly sorted out a booking issue that we had online.
- The staff was friendly, responsive, professional and helpful in every way. Location was good for seeing the city and travel around the city.

- The coach house room that was given to us which should have been disclosed before arrival.
- Parking is a nightmare! Extremely tight, difficult. Old. No elevator! No microwave, fridge, toiletries or hairdryer. No AC! Room & bathroom - very tiny for 1, but room was advertised for 2. You get a TV & tiny square desk, 2 nightstands. Wont return.
- Shower pressure non existent. Bathroom too small, heating on 24/7 no control to turn off, plug didn't drain very well. Creaky floorboards meant early on was very noisy.
