- the tub is very high and dangerous , nothing on the floor of the tub to prevent failing . i decided not to take a shower .
- It is not the quality of a 4 star hotel itâ≢s advertised as. Charged extra for breakfast & shuttle. Room small, cheap bed . More like a 2.5 star.
- Difficulty understanding the staff over the phone. Did not have good reception on Wi-Fi in the room. There was a charge for shuttle pick up at the airport and drop off that was not indicated on the email notifications. There are no outlets near the bed.
