Excelente atenci¿n. Comer o tomar algo en el hotel es una muy buena opci¿n, el lugar es super agradable, especialmente de noche.

Quiz¿ la habitaci¿n, est¿ muy bien, solo le falta modernizarlas un poco.

Very large rooms for England, nice restaurant and friendly staff.

Location was perfect, minibus to airport included in cost plus car parking for the week. Staff were very polite. Restaurant has a limited menu but was really good.

Bathroom in our room was old and tired with the shower definitely needing a replacement, a new heat selector and a new shower head at least.

beds were too hard and pillows too soft.

Highly recommend the hotel, rooms are neat and quiet. Check in took a minute. Super helpful staff and kind. And the free shuttle service runs every 30 minutes!

The food in the Turkish restaurant was really good in the evening

I couldn't sleep at all .

It was all men from Georgia and they talk to me like crap. I booked van and because I had 3 bags they left me to hire a taxi. Nasty attitudes. They seem frightening

The hotel shuttle to airport is very useful, we used to hotel to park our car there for the duration of our holiday.

Freezing, off hand staff but...

Heating was just going off when we arrived and two windows had been left open on a night of 1 degree c. £10 charge for car parking was a bit much even with notice on the web page, it isn’t expected.

The property offers an excellent location with convenient access to both airport terminals. The 24/7 shuttle service was punctual and highly efficient. The room was well-maintained, and the bed provided a comfortable night’s rest. Front desk staff were courteous, and the check‑in and check‑out processes were handled swiftly. Parking was reasonably priced, and the on‑site restaurant served high‑quality, delicious meals. Overall, the stay was pleasant and represented very good value for money.

It's convenience to the airport and availability of transport to the Airport

Being African i expected the room to be warmer than what it was. I later felt comfortable about 6 hours into my booking.I had to fold the one blanket as well as the bed cover into 2 inorder to get my body warm.So in all I later had 1 bedsheets and 1blanket folded in half as well as the coverbad folded in 2 to get enough warmth.

The room was situated behind the hotel, away from the main road and was really quiet, even with the window open. There were road works right outside the hotel, starting early in the morning, and I didn't hear a thing.The bar and restaurant were open late, meaning food and drink was still readily available when I arrived at around 8pm.

Great ground floor room which I had requested as traveling alone and no lift in main hotel.As I was going to the airport the next morning and I had a large case. Complimentary Shuttle service amazing!
