The fact it's shared with a hotel makes the experience better much more unique tbh but having all the facilities to cook made a world of difference to me.

I think theres little to dislike but if I'm being picky all pillows has hard.

Small kitchenette allows you to cook your own meals.

Paying £12 for parking too expensive. All other local WD25 hotels do not charge or only £4. I usually now look at other hotels first before livin because of this reason.

Clean comfortable bed and spacious and excellent in its central location

Location very close to the train station. It was clean, planty of room, bed comfortable

The room was a bit cold. The kitchen is not well equipped, old frying pans, no oven trays.

Great location for the town centre and Watford Junction. The bed was very comfortable and the use of a kitchenette comes in handy, even if we didn’t always use it for cooking.Access to the Holiday Inn, if you fancy their breakfast is also convenient.

As we stayed here last year, in a different room, on both occasions the sofa is extremely uncomfortable- it’s the only seating apart from one breakfast stool, so we sat on it many times and had to use a pillow to make it more comfortable. They definitely need replacing. The bath tub is rather slippery, so I would say an accident waiting to happen. A bath mat would be useful in the tub, also because the shower door cannot be opened fully from the tap end, where there is an anti-slip part of the tub.There was also something wrong with the socket next to the bed, which we reported immediately.Generally, things are starting to look a bit tired and could do with a makeover.

Property spotless, staff welcoming, stayed here few times & never had one single complaint.

Location wise it was absolutely amazing, train station and bus stop for Harry Potter studio just 5 mins walking. Stuff was really nice.

There were no adapters for sockets, otherwise nothing else!

Just the sofa, was really uncomfortable

Perfectly placed for the train station witch is literally 3 minites walk away, 10 minute walk into town. Facilities were great, nice large bed and kitchen. Plenty of parking at £12 a day. Would definitely stay again!

Location was convenient, availability of parking and good sized family apartment

Noise from boiler was too loud and disturbed our sleep.Some things were a little 'tired' like one of the chairs, the bin and kettle lid didn't work properly.

Location, spacious, clean and comfortable

Property was clean, had everything needed. Really liked the toiletries in bathroom, not generic - so very nice touch.

The room was spacious. The apartment was central and close to the railway station.

There was no comfortable seating to relax. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable that made it impossible to use as a seat during our two day stay. Minimal utencils in the kitchen a wooden spoon would have been welcome.

No hot water had to figure out how to get the boiler to work on the night

Loved the breakfast and choices as gluten free. Room good foe cooking if you want to. Everything was very good. Great that there is an onsite var patk for your stay at £12 a night.

Think missing a trick with the food.Conflicting information re food availability. If we wrre told there was a 24 hour kutchen we would have used it.
