Nice room

Food was limited but staff was very polite

They take £50 off your card for any potential damages you might cause. I stayed one night and they claimed I stained my duvet (with wine on duvet). Hotel emailed me to inform me it will cost me £40. I have no way to prove that the photo they sent is of my duvet. Beware of this before booking with them.

The room was clean, tidy, and spacious. There was availability of parking spaces near the apartment. Check-in and check-out processes were prompt. The apartment also features adequate lighting and modern facilities.

Great room, clean and very friendly staff, great parking and easy to get around.

only issue was it was extremely warm in the room and we couldn't change the temperature, however, the fan helped.

Very central to Watford centre and the Harry Potter Studios. Parking was free and the staff were helpful.

Very worn and dated room. Our bedroom was modernised, but the bathroom was SO dated and felt very unclean. Bed was squeaky, very soft and uncomfortable. There were a group of people that hung around the stairwell of the property, which may us feel uneasy about the security of our car/leaving any windows open.

The property was close to my work place. Easy access and the room was clean. The bed is very comfortable and good sheets.

The bathroom is dated and takes time to adjust the temperature of the water.

reception lady made me wait with 5 kids for 45mins - (arrived at 2pm) telling me the room wasn’t ready , when the room was ready to enter ( bedding wasn’t on yet which didn’t effect us)£50 per room pre-authorised payment x 3 for each room. was a nightmare waiting for it back in my bank. rooms are paper thin. you can hear all the other guests , toilets , creeking floors and even beds .wouldn’t return again was quite disappointing

The hotel manager was incredibly personable and accommodating, which made the stay feel very welcoming from the start. The room was spotless, the bed was really comfortable, and the place was kept warm throughout my stay. The bar/reception area with TV is cosy and a nice place to have a glass of wine.It’s just a three-minute walk to beautiful Cassiobury Park, with plenty of shops and restaurants even closer. I stayed there with my pets while having my bathroom renovated, and it was a genuinely pleasant experience. The other guests were quiet and respectful, which made it all the more relaxing.

Traffic noise starts early, but closing the window significantly reduces it. Parking is limited, so during busy periods you may need to park nearby.

Polite and helpful staff , specious clean room on the second floor , comfortable bed , TV channels , Bathtub , extra pillows and towels . If you walk about 7 minutes you can reach to a street full of restaurants.

Heather was stop working during overnight and our room was so cold when we wake up in the morning. £50 deposit is not so fair although they return back it some days later.

The staff was amazingly helpful. Very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. Even on the day I checked out I was able to store my bags until collection later the day. Elevator also made taking luggage to the 2nd floor much easier (Europe apparently does not like elevators in hotels). The room was very neat and clean.

The room itself seems like it has been renewed a bit, but the bathroom is woefully outdated. Could definitely use some upgrading, even just the fixtures would make a difference. The room walls are also very thin so any noise in hallway is heard. And then the breakfast. All in all not too bad, but the eggs and sausages were dryer than I had thought possible.

The room is small but nice and clean. The Internet is fast. The reception area is big and comfortable and I have received complimentry early check in. Very helpful.

Lovely clean and good size room.

Not really the hotels fault but, the people above us must have let their child jump around for hours from very early in the morning and it sounded like they were going to come through the floor!!
