The bed was comfortable

The hotel is very slow compared to other Hiltons, it is one of the only Hiltons I've stayed at that still requires a deposit. The room was very dated, we had a 10 min walk each way from the entrance.

I paid more than $600 for 2 night without breakfast and no AC in the room and when make a request it was available for f

Good location and staff were really helpful! Rooms were reasonably priced and overall we enjoyed our stay!

Rooms are very dated and the bathroom wasn’t so clean.

Fantastic location in terms of getting from the airport and into Watford

Maybe the noise of the road would have been an issue had our room been closer to that side but nothing effected us

Good location for getting the train into London.

Hilton is not what it used to be, it’s very basic which for the price is not what you want. It’s not particularly clean only surface level clean.

So helpful on reception nothing to much trouble comfortable beds and pillows very clean.

Good rooms good location clean hotel room

When previously visiting the staff were great and even gave my partner complimentary parking, this time round I had to pay for a £50 deposit which was not required previously and they ended up charging me for two cars which was never done previously so I didn’t appreciate the tone of the receptionist as well as the fact that I didn’t get my full deposit back either

The facility was not properly cleaned for a four star hotel. The toilet in room 332 had a stain of poo from the previous guest. It was however promptly cleaned AFTER our complaint, but ought to have been properly cleaned prior to allocating the room to a guest.There was no sky sports facility in the complex for a 4 star rated hotel and a brand name such as HILTON!!!

Ideal location. Clean and comfy rooms.

The breakfast and the coffee was cold.

Hotel room was very outdated, looks nothing like the photos on the ad, no lighting in the room apart from lamps next to the bed, and stains on sheets and chair.On the flip side food was good and staff were lovely

I liked the staff and the foyer was lovely. The music outside was a nice touch as well.

The outer exterior could look better and the shower head could use a deeper clean

Room was not of a standard I have been used to from other Hilton experiences. Adequate. Corridors looked tired and worn. Bed was comfortable, Room was clean, lighting was poor. The Breakfast area was chaotic, staff looked harrased. and did not have time to answer simple questions. Not enough spaces to sit down and I ended up having breakfast in the bar area. The breakfast was very poor. Little choice on cereals, cooked for was mainly cold and over cooked, I didnt eat much but enough to sample how poor it was. Croissants were hard and stale. Altogether a poor experience. Premier Inns have more quality than this.

Great stay dog friendly no hidden charges got exactly what we booked

Good property and great breakfast. Unfortunately some very noisy guests with children running up and down the corridor until past midnight. Whilst not the hotels fault , they did little to step in and sort.

What you would expect from a brand like Hilton, comfortable room, polite staff, easy check in, good breakfast. I have an EV and I was a little surprised to find there were no charging facilities in the car park.

Clean and comfortable, although the rooms could use an update, but the staff is extremely helpful and nice, specially in the breakfast room.

Free cans of water in the room

Room card didn't work on three occasions. When paying £115 I don't expect to pay for parking. I could have parked my car and put my reg into the Toby carvery as that's where i had dinner. Room was sub par. Tiling bodged in the bathroom
