Clean and staff were friendly

The room was at the end of hotel and was cold upon arrival; turned heating up but did not work. Had to get reception to turn it on and off so not convenient to ring them in the night to turn on and off. This needs fixing.

Great location, close to M1 and train station. ability to leave car all day. Welcoming lobby and restaurant area. Friendly staff.

Good location, comfortable room, breakfast was good.

It was particularly cold weather and we couldn't get the heating right, either too hot or too cold. Lamp would have been useful, as either bright lights or the reading torch available.

Well kept hotel with excellent staff. Conveniently located for anyone looking to travel to the Harry Potter Tour or into London.

The bedrooms could do with a toilet plunger, but no major issues.

Comfortable and incredibly friendly & helpful staff from George at reception to the team who served us an excellent Indian meal in the evening. Food superb

Location.Perfect for catching Harry Potter shuttle.Accessibility: pretty good for wheelchair, though entry was a bit roundabout if coming from rail station.

Room was on small side, particularly for a wheelchair advised booking.

Got upgrade free of charge from family room to 2 bed with full kitchen suite v good,breakfast excellent staff very helpful ideal hotel for visiting harry potter World.

Accessing the site if you don’t have a car and you’re in a wheelchair or mobility scooter is difficult. There is no ramp from the street and no sign post pointing to an access point. You need to go down the side of the building, on a narrow, uneven badly lite path to the car park in order to get to the front of the building. To access the property.

The receptionist was really nice.

I was under the impression that breakfast was included in our reservation. It turns out, it was not. Very misleading.

The customer service here was excellent..I had booked the wrong dates ...but they made sure any changes were seamless and straight forward and made sure I had a room that night...the staff were all friendly and lovely & I could tell that they were popular with other customers

Room looked very tired and there were worn patches in the room carpet. There had been a lot of rain and unfortunately the car park was flooded.

Hairdryer didn’t work in the room, they did find a replacement but that was also broken and sounded like it was going to blow up, minor inconvenience otherwise room was amazing!
